They have no cash left and its costing them money on the loan. Money that they don't have so between Maxwell and Loan company they will no doubt be negotiating what they can take out of CPX in compensation.

Maxwell - Take on CPX customer base.

Loan company - possibly sell off the equipment to cover their loan.

Will be interesting to see if Canaccord have been given the nod or whether they were just fed up of holding CPX. Either way Management have covered themselves by announcing administration. Going to a lot of rich traders if they survive or poor if they don't.
