CPX is not an ‘investment217; - it is a highly speculative punt on a court outcome. I anticipate punters will bet on a favourable outcome so will buy in advance. On that basis a sharp move higher this week is possible, irrespective of the outcome of the case.

"The Maxwell legal case is currently set for hearing from 11 to 15 December 2023 in the US Supreme Court. We are unable to make any further comment at this time, except that our team is very well prepared."
