From The AGM Trading Update

"The Maxwell legal case is currently set for hearing from 11 to 15 December 2023 in the US Supreme Court. We are unable to make any further comment at this time, except that our team is very well prepared."

With the trial scheduled to start acweek on Monday, I suspect some investors will position themselves ahead of a (misplaced or otherwise) prospect of a pre-trial settlement at the last moment.
