Looks like there is to be a 10min appearance by each sides attorneys in the Alice test. This appears to be an attempt by Maxwell to assert that the patents are invalid. And will be heard by the judge on Monday.

Placing most definitely on the way now. Maxwell taking this all the way suggests they have a strong case themselves. My guess is that Maxwell will drop their case if CPX do the same with both parties picking up their own costs.

Gary. You never explain (or probably know) why Tesla/Maxwell won't appeal. The costs of that are immaterial to them and will drag things out so this case is runinng concurrently with their action against cap xx. I want this to be like you say as I still have shares but not sure it's about the merits as opposed to the financial firepower.

The share needs no ramping, the court case is now about how much CPX get compensated from the sales of Maxwells infringement products, it’s a very large number of products on them documents!!!
