CAP-X is not a leader in anything if its Patents are worthless.

How can a Patent be deemed invalid. Was the Patent wrongly lodged in the first place? Does the US only recognise Patents which were raised in the US?

Please don’t listen to Gary. CPX will not be taken over and if Tesla continue with their patent infringement case CPX will not have the cash to defend itself.

CPX now valued at £5million, I suspect a takeover will now be on the table seeing the contracts that start early next year plus we have the production facility, not forgetting the valuable IP that’s in date with the correct details!

I suspect a few ppl traded this on the 100% increase on the run up to the court case, I’m holding what I have until and will add more on further RNS contract wins!

I see gw is still trolling the board !

As I said wait for the traders to buy in and sell on their buys. Otherwise it will go to NT as market makers won’t want to be holding lots of shares.

It has a business that has failed to gain any traction and which consumes cash with no likelihood of profitability. Trade the price by all means, but this is not an investment.

I also think costs are split from what I have read.

Not sure why they are still discussing with attorneys unless it’s to get some money off them.

Placing will be required early next year though the £600k from Aussie government isn’t going to last long.

Without any licence fees coming in can’t see how they expect to make any sort of inroads into becoming profitable. There is not enough margin in the supercapacitors they manufacture Murata found that out.

Bagpuss,

The general position in litigation is the losing party pays costs of the other side.
