Do so called investors on LSE ever read up on RNS reports !

Openspaces. True but if the products are game changers they will sell themselves. Suspect though that capxx is not ahead of the herd so will need a very good sales patter


In the past, CAP-XX has faced competition in various markets from cheaper cylindrical supercapacitors where our thin form factor, high power and long life are not valued as highly as lower initial cost components from competitors. To counteract this, the Company released a range of cylindrical cells. Modest sales revenue for these products was first recorded during FY 2019. Since then, sales have continued to grow strongly, with the Company being successful in winning a number of large volume orders, with large volume opportunities currently being evaluated by customers.

To be fair that was a good reaction to the results.Tried a dummy sell earlier, of 400k shares and was bid over mid.

Post on LSE from the paid broker even they are not sounding very positive.

Same old from CPX always better in 12 months time but never happens and will no doubt be saying the same thing this time next year.

"Positive trend so far but visibility still limited. Whilst the timeline for a strong recovery is not yet being predicted by the company, and that the sales pipeline evaluation process is not yet complete, there clearly remains some uncertainty surrounding expectations. However, the company is confident that the positive trends will lead to improved results in the coming months and the orderbook positions the company well to meet current expectations".

I firmly believe these latest results are the bottom, the case against Maxwell is in the bag with Tesla just sabre rattling.
The cap based stop start system starts a roll out in 2025 so 18 months away but the new contracts spoken about in the results are very much nearer with the court case in December with a pay out covering costs to date and some !
Future is very bright indeed!

If CPX have information that would affect they share price they are obliged to release it. Therefore one would guess that is no news wether you think you have inside information or not. Simple fact is that unless they get cash from the court case they will have to carry out yet another bucket shop placing.

Information from companies are not always the true picture. Most tell you what they want you to hear and not necessarily what is actually going on. Which is why research is essential.

Like wise, Cap-xx are doing research everyday, that gives information!

700k buy yesterday and a new 3% plus buyer last week, I’m sure they have done theirs also !
