There is more than one patent case. There is one against CPX as well. And the case you refer to can be appealed..

You have to wonder if the recent spike was orchestrated to allow institutional investors to bail out.

Will Cooley be the next to bail.

There is always selling everyday, the patent case is now about how much ££& Maxwell will have to pay in damages and legal fees !

If ppl have done their own research they’d know that !

A way to go before they "need" that. They have cash from May, and they do actually have increasing revenue.

Garyb. What evidence do you have to support that.. If its clear I'm sure you can share rather than just hiding behind "do your own research"

I’d suspect the idiots that are trying to attack CPX can now clearly see the case has now moved onto compensating CPX, they’ll be secretly adding knowing multi bagging here is on the cards!

Maybe not... Maybe it's weak. But they know they will be able to appeal and beat up CPX on the counter claim a bit as well. They may be able to just force CPX into insolvency irrespective of the merits of Cpxs position. I hope now that a win in the first instance enables better terms on litigation funding and emboldens shareholders incluisng the Newlands to have another roll of the dice. Maybe the Newlands know that any such fund raiisng is highly likley to be at a much lower price

Well the fact that it’s going all the way suggests Maxwell has a case.

Then there’s the case against CPX by Tesla.

Both are sucking cash from CPX that they don’t have.

So Newlands selling and most likely Bruce Gray and Kongats.

All people in the know you would think yet despite everyone’s enthusiasm why would they sell now and not wait until the judgement.

CPX are a cutting edge technology company not a life style business like most other AIM stocks, the worlds richest businesses need CPX technology hence our patent court cases!

It’s unbelievable how bitter & twisted some posters really are, must be the fact they bought into ITM 3 years ago (I’ll let others see the 3 year graph), you’d think they’d enough to worry about!

The big rise is coming yet the unadventurous can’t see it !
IMO GLA
