They've been reporting large delayed trades here for weeks.

Yes all getting very close now to the end of the COPL sale. For folks that don't realise how cheap these are they should take a look at KIST today. They're acquiring just under 20mmboe of mainly gas for 220m EUR. Gas price in Europe is at the winter high of $6/Mcf or about $36/boe (summer low tends to be about $2/Mcf). WTI in comparison is about $65/bbl. Art is about to complete on 31mmboe (circa 30mmbbls light oil) for a fraction of what KIST are about to pay for much smaller European gas reserves. That just goes to highlight the quality of the deal that AM has got us here, market will realise this in due course.

We have had quite a bit of news just in the last week and that will reflect some of that in my opinion.

Separately we have this to look forward to.

' Arthur Millholland, President and CEO, commented : "We are on track too close the Atomic acquisition on March 15. Post-closing the Company will require sufficient working capital to operate Atomic and its assets according to its forward development plan. These include, commencing on April 1(st) , a dramatic increase in injected gas volumes (methane and LPG) at the Atomic operated Barron Flats Unit. The institutional investors in this placing recognize the quality of the assets we will acquire under the Atomic acquisition and their value to the Company in this time of strengthening global oil prices."

The cash raise was expected and done.

Expecting more TR1s as the money gets moved. Deal done.
They have done the research and know that this is heading upwards.


Must like the figures which tell them that the deal is ' as good as it gets'.
'Revenue growing from day 1', was AM words.

Yeah fellas good to see yet another institution enter the fray. As Art put in the recent presentation suggested value of £146m on deal completion which is a fraction over 1p per share. Also gives no value to the Nigerian assets or deals to be done. Also doesn't factor in the rising oil production to come from full rates of gas injection. As Art suggested these assets have a production profile on just 3mmcfd injection rate which pretty much goes straight up (from those videos 2 months ago). Not long now, oil price since the effective date of 1st Dec 2020 has been shooting ahead, plenty of cash flow just around the corner. Be interesting to see where these close tomorrow afternoon.
