COPL LN- Added at current lvls on placing weakness. ATOMIC acquisition on track for completion on 15th and £13m cash in bank to ramp up production in April. A great buying opportunity IMO as we may not see share price here again after next week. I believe 1p achievable in near term. #COPL


He has 770k followers - if just 1% of these buy £5k's worth then the buying pressure is greater than current mkt cap / shares in issue

AM about to release market sensitive information , but only after it is signed and sealed. Expect timing to meet senior debt holders requirements with other linked financial moves.

Hold the line must be the current MM instruction.

Revenue will grow from day one, asset valuation could be over 61% higher but 'it is what it is' and the private Atomic owners know that. They want to move on.
The research at Sp Ang looked at the deal and said 'this is a good as it gets' according to AM.

Waiting for conclusion on Monday.

Ignoring all of the market noise. This Mcap is still too low.
Someone is about to hand out money.

The placing shares exaggerated the actual sale Hadron made - just over 413mln shares sold whilst %age holding drops from 10-4% on enlarged shares of 14blnAt least we know of the suppressive factor recently. Hopefully can now see some share price appreciation from buying pressure

It looks like the Hadron sell off is keeping this low.
Are they just making certain they hedge their bets with a free ride being covered with those warrants?

Expecting all this to unfold on Monday.

Getting ready for a small share price tick up before the weekend.

Lets hope that AM gets his timings right.

Mcap with 14bn shares say $65m
Worse case scenario NAV is $148m but possibly $246m.

Someone is about to hand out money, by these calculations.

Is this a misunderstanding or a crazy market error?

I am about to double my investment.

At $39/bbl - NAV $148mln
At $62/bbl - NAV $246mln

59% incr in $/bbl - 66% incr in NAV

$70-$80/bbl pushes the NAV out to c.$275mln-330mln

Mkt cap here with 14bln shares in issue (incl those from the $14mln raise last week) - $60-65mln

The placing shares will land as soon as they get prospectus exemption confirmation. Until then, the share issue is exactly as before .. squeezy :-)

Another really positive to take us that the Atomic deal looks nailed on to complete next week now. Whilst I always thought it would go through the nagging possibility of counter bids or deal re-negotiations was on back of mind. Reckon with this news the likelihood has gone from 75% to 99%! Bring it on and let's get those production rates climbing now fully funded. Still think we will also increase our WI in next couple of weeks too!

Yeah agreed, lock downs will be gone in the next few months and air travel will pick up again plus rapid economic recovery predicted too. We might even see a return to $80 oil again soon. Looking forward to seeing what impact full gas injection has on these assets. COPL now fully loaded ready to roll and we know what the production profile is thanks to Art and his videos/presentation.

Placing shares not hitting market anytime soon and they won't be flipping for 10-20%. Great that Atomic completes on 15th and then immediate ops planned to increase production. Expect this could bag from here by Easter.

Indeed Edgein and the oil price is supposed to reach a higher point going forward
for the next couple of months, according to futures estimates I have seen.

At 0.36p market cap is £50m with circa $20m in cash and about to acquire 31mmboe of producing assets. Assumed valued on completion by COPL of £146m at a lower oil price. Its still cheap but rising constantly today so far. Also they're targeting an acquisition in WA for a similar asset to Wyoming, so this is just the start.
