17/1/2021 11:54 | I don't think you make that move, given everything going on, unless dividends are really a consideration. | the ghost who walks
17/1/2021 10:44 | It was an accounting move which allowed the company to wipe out its accumulated losses on the balance sheet. This allows it to make distributions (dividends or share buybacks) to shareholders. It doesn't mean they will definitely start paying a dividend, but it means they would be able to, from a UK company law perspective, if they wanted to. | 1gw
17/1/2021 10:28 | I've been long this share since around 2.6p, sold a bit last year at various prices including around 9. Have been buying back in to increase my position once again, feeling quite bullish on it. Trying to also understand the capital reduction news, what does it imply. | the ghost who walks
16/1/2021 14:39 | Watch this space, I think, loaf. This from the interims: "Despite these constraints we have made significant changes to our team, management structure, processes and supply chain and have now started investing in marketing, advertising and promotion, PR and product proposition development research. We will report more on those initiatives at the year end." | 1gw

13/1/2021 10:39 | Well spotted riddlerone. So they've hooked up walmart.com to the local store inventories and made it [edit] show in-store availability (edit: not even "click and collect" I think), but not yet available for delivery. It also doesn't seem to be indexed on the Walmart search function yet. But it's a start. Edit: playing about with the Walmart system, if you change your location to one where there is no stock within 50 miles (e.g. Miami, Florida) then I think it reverts to showing no stock for pickup or delivery. So it could be that it has been [edit] showing availability for some time (at stores where it was in stock), just not at the default location that we ended up at when we went to the product page. | 1gw
13/1/2021 10:08 | If you change your Zip Code location it comes up in stock for various sites in store. | riddlerone

10/1/2021 22:58 | STT – I’ve held Byotrol shares for some time but don’t trade in them. I’ve also been looking at this chat board for a couple of years, and did indeed register my username in order to comment on your comparison of Byotrol’s response to the pandemic with that of Unilever. Every bulletin board needs a Jeremiah to remind readers of the downsides and you seem an ideal candidate for that, but do you not realise that you lose effectiveness if you only ever use black paint and your cups are always half empty, never half full? For what it’s worth my guess is that (world and coronavirus events permitting!) the hard work and good science that Byotrol trades on will see their shares rise further in the year to come. | longago
10/1/2021 11:02 | Good youtube review for the TW product, as a cleaner not just as a disinfectant. Also good to note the usage creep from auto cleaning/disinfectio | 1gw
