looking at STT's posts the troll hasn't got a clue

Britain records more than 50,000 coronavirus cases for the FIFTH day in a row - but deaths dip to 445 - as doctors warn crisis will get much worse and situation in packed London hospitals is 'MILD compared to what's coming next week'
Another 57,725 had positive test results in the last 24 hours, meaning 2,599,789 have had the disease in Britain

sikhthetech - 04 Mar 2020 - 20:53:12 - 4757 of 7300

"China is recording so few new coronavirus infections that South Korea looks like the new center of the epidemic"

The huge increases in new cases didn't last long in China.

How long before the rest of the world also sees a huge drop in the number of new cases.

sikhthetech - 04 Mar 2020 - 20:36:11 - 4756 of 7300 B

Seems like the Chinese could have the virus outbreak under control...

Byot missed the golden window, AGAIN....

sikhthetech - 04 Mar 2020 - 14:09:33 - 4748 of 7300

so it looks like from the link MaxK posted that China is now on top of the outbreak with cases sharply lower...

Still no contracts/partnerships announced.

Over 4 weeks now and still their 1 product at Boots shows as 'out of stock'

Seems like another missed opportunity for Byot

sikhthetech - 12 Feb 2020 - 18:28:07 - 4330 of 7300

sikhthetech - 18 Feb 2020 - 20:57:44 - 4520 of 7300

"In the United States the CDC has confirmed 15 cases of the coronavirus outbreak."

Only 15 confirmed cases in USA in the 7 weeks since Covid-19 outbreak announced...
Maybe China's strict quarantine is working..

also quick action taken by Health organisations worldwide, quarantine seems to be working...

sikhthetech - 18 Feb 2020 - 20:00:15 - 4518 of 7300

Coronavirus: Hope for China as report finds new COVID-19 cases falling

"Outside mainland China there have been 898 confirmed cases, with five deaths - one each in Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, France, the Philippines."

The other interesting figure from their H1-2021 results, which isn't mentioned on the BBs is consumer sales.
Consumer sales was only £1.01m, up from £410k last year. And gross profit from these consumer sales was only £430k. And that also includes a small amount of IP income!
The £1.01m revenue figure also includes sales to overseas customers!!

So with the biggest pandemic to strike in a century they managed £1m (up £590k from last year) of consumer sales!

Read the results, it's all there in black and white.

Mcap £31.5m.

Consumer:

"H1 revenues more than doubled to £1.01m from £0.41m, including a small amount of IP-based income, versus nil IP income in the comparable period. Gross profit (on products) increased to £0.43m from £0.17m. "
"Elsewhere, sales across existing customers all increased in this segment, especially into Japan via our longstanding agents in pet and healthcare."

The 2020 share price performance speaks for itself...the pointed negativity at 1GW posts is clearly borne out of a totally personal issue.

If so 15.5p to 20.25p is about 30%ish rise over the same time

And yet you think they are flying

1gw,
"Up 325% on the year."

Covid shares did well, like .net shares did well during .com boom.
SNG went from 5.8p to 153p, up 3000%, NYCT 13p to 860p etc, so Byot's rise was modest. In fact you could easily have doubled your money on non-covid shares, without the hype.

However, as with all shares, it's the results which matter. The results, published only 3 weeks ago, show they didn't perform as well as they should have, given the huge opportunities presented by covid.

Now Vaccines are being rolled out globally and people seem to be getting fed up with covid, I think the demand for sanitiser will reduce as we go through the year.
The test is repeat sales.

The result speak for themselves:

H1-2021, published 7th Dec:

Revenues £6.7m (H1-2020 £2.2m)
adj ebitda £1.2m ((£0.4m))
op profit £1m ((0.5m))

So they increased revenues by around £4m during the biggest pandemic to hit the world in a century.

Mcap £31.5m - there's a lot of jam tomorrow in that price, especially as vaccines are being rolled out globally and covid is being assigned to history.

Also a big thank you to the PR chap who made a great effort to explain the company to investors when we were 1p/2p.

A few of us owe him a beer.

Keep safe.

That's lucky has Byotrol don't make anything in the USA as they sold the IP and someone else is and Byotrol just sit back and get royalty payments

I have just received this email from a UK supplier and thought you guys might be interested.
"Following the announcement on the 24th December that the UK have agreed a deal with the European Union, I wanted to take this opportunity to outline what this means for you as a customer.

The UK Government and the European Union have agreed no tariffs or quotas for any goods produced in the UK and subsequently exported into Europe. This is fantastic news for UK based manufacturers, however any product which has a country of origin outside of the UK and Europe it will be treated as a third country. As a result, many of our key products which are manufactured in the United States will have additional duties applied when they are exported into Europe." 😊

Solvay by no means finished on the R&D for Actizone. Job posting linked below is based in the US and focused on developing Actizone for healthcare applications.

Great evidence of the relatively hi-tech nature of the product and its (continuing) development.

"Senior R&D Scientist, Actizone Healthcare"

"Based in Bristol, PA the current position will focus on supporting one of three sub-divisions of the Actizone project: healthcare."

"The successful candidate will join a cross-functional team of application scientists, microbiologists as well as external collaborators supporting this exciting project."

"Specific goals for the healthcare is to reduce hospital acquired infections and operational liabilities by extending the performance of long lasting disinfection to a broad-spectrum of organisms including viruses while retaining the immediate disinfection and cleaning capability with residue free shine."

"Support field trials and publication of research data in technical, peer-reviewed journals with external collaborators from academia and industry."

"Doctoral degree in biological, bioengineering, chemical or health sciences with 5+ years of relevant experience with development and launching of novel surface disinfection and sanitization technologies. Background in infection prevention and/or hospital disinfection is ideal."
