Just on the bonds comments from a couple of days ago I use Wise Alpha. You can trade small or medium amounts there. Does not have to be in tens or hundreds of thousands.

The MW antics created huge value there, I'm on a running yield in double digits and the bond value has been increasing with the share price

Nice sunny weather today at Clerkenwell.

Me and me mate Tom will Short SELL some Burford and then go out for a pint at the pub.

I'm think of wearing turtleneck sweater and long Shorts.

I think there's still overhang from the Woodford liquidations so the climb back may be slow (?).
Anyway, hope some risk takers are making money from buying-in at the lows.

Some of the shorters will have lost a lot of money here. Big mistake believing a completely baseless set of accusations...

i would suggest less credibility, Burford are and will remain number 1 in the sector.

i believe LIT and MANO will also perform well in their lesser capacities, but their views on Burford, based on MW, mean nothing as really the statement that started the debate has been very much disproved and will, at some stage , be found to be fraudulent with consequences that follow.

I see LIT have appointed a new joint broker today and that made me realise, for the first time, that Cannacord G were previously their sole broker. Whether that gives their views on BUR more or less credibility is a matter of judgment.

GS, well you know what most posters here think about how much Burford is undervalued, there really isn't any evidence that their model is dodgy - anyway, glad to see that you are normal! Thanks for the entertainment to date, but from now this board will be less interesting.
