Akmedov has no chance of winning damages from BUR. Should he get the sham Sharia Court in Dubai to grant him damages for the failed attempt to seize his yacht, the UK High court would throw it out because it was they who instructed him to hand it over to the wife in the first place. Like other claims against BUR - all hot air.

Admittedly not ideal but it's not over until it's over. New papers have to served to collect what the English court deemed payable, but has yet to be paid. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2019/10/20/housewife-one-britains-biggest-divorce-cases-succeeds-serving/amp/ The yacht would be only part of the recovery strategy and the £50m stated is what the husband's legal team would wish for, not what a court would likely award, and if they would even entertain the claim.

Been looking at latest today re Luna yacht seizure with Bur acting for the wife. Uk courts ruled £500M yacht impounded on her behalf and supported by Dubai court ruling .That Dubai ruling now overturned by higher court and free to sail with lost money from seizure now against wife. Think Bur needed this not to happen

Meanwhile the share price has a good feel to it now.

The overhang is largely cleared.

the short case seems to have petered out and we sit around 830p with upside to around 1400p which is where the stock was trading pre MW.

Plus the potential US listing.

Good times ahead here I think.
