06/9/2019 11:05 | 'However, the unit has been essential to securing awards owed to Burford as part of it's core business. That included wrestling $33m from Mr Sargeant on behalf of his former business partner..... on which 'Burford booked a $12.1m profit but that sum flowed into the core litigation finance division.' | ![]() lomax99
06/9/2019 10:57 | They've (particularly alphavile) always love to have a few pet stocks/markets that they think are widely over-valued Sometimes right - but they cried for years about Ocadeo | ![]() williamcooper104

06/9/2019 10:52 | No George it is not true. And if you do have such information then I would consider that insider information and maybe look to report you to the authorities. Unless you can prove your sources were based on public information So if Burford are halted and delisted today, then I will report you to the authorities (as well as others) as for you to have accurately predict that would strongly suggest some form of insider trading. So lets hope for your sake they do not get halted and delisted today. | ![]() adnan17
06/9/2019 10:43 | Is it true that today this scam will get halted and delisted? | ![]() george stobbart
06/9/2019 10:29 | FT never seems to have had anything positive to say about Burford in recent years, from Lex column downwards. Is it chiefly because its liberal-left metropolitan hacks just despise the very concept of litigation finance, and a success story with such? | ![]() edmondj
06/9/2019 10:11 | The FT seem desperate, it's old news, no one cares, the desperation is ridiculous. The quicker Burford get out of London and list on NASDAQ the better. | ![]() yidarmytom

06/9/2019 09:16 | getting, The stop-loss order you entered for BUR must have been of a unique and wonderful form. Normally with a stop-loss of 10% below your purchase price, the stock would be sold when the share price falls below this level, but the price you get is the prevailing market price, not the stop-loss price. So if a share falls 50% overnight, you're not going to limit your loss to 10%. Let us know who gives you the wonderful version. | meanwhile |
