Gray's legal case was stayed around 6 months ago because they had no money to fund it and were trying to secure litigation funding for it. Not only is there little or no merit in the case, their funder would need deeper pockets than BUR. Their funder would need to be convinced there is a very strong case.

Feel sorry for share price They are under pressure to come up with a certain number of articles every day for their mug subscribers and when they can't find any real news they either make it up or regurgitate old news.

"Gray/Epicentre frivolous legal claim didn't last long in court and they dropped it months ago."

According to Law360 (Aug 23, 2019, 6:51 PM EDT) a judge has ordered Epicenter to tell the court whether it intends to pursue its $200m claim against Burford by Aug 28 ...

If Epicenter has dropped the claim - I can't find anything either way - it certainly wasn't months ago, but in the last few days.

adnan,

You've done your DD on BUR and are happy with it. If you're right, you should be handsomely rewarded in time.

I remain doubtful about the Napo matter - baffled by the sheer $m's quantum Napo agreed to pay BUR in the circumstances as we know them.

I think everyone probably agrees a US listing would provide a good seal of approval for the company, as with all the publicity the SEC would give it extra scrutiny.

Good luck.
