Raising the divi would be counter productive If they become divi paying in major way that's because they cannot re-invest the funds in good new cases

I certainly wouldn't want to be short at the moment, the Company is beginning a prolonged positive campaign, and I would not be surprised to see the dividend lifted again to put a nail in the coffin of the doubters and the manipulators
