I’m not sure why the criticism of the RNSs. To my mind they are exactly right having been in a similar position with clients(not financial) and having produced the RNSs.

If the directors took significant amounts off the table at high prices then I would hope they will put at least a third of that profit back invested into the company at these very low prices.

I must say,excellent communication from the directors- They are prompt to respond to allegations and show confidence. Looking forwand to the formal response and to the directors buys.
