I'm actually surprised by the 5% pullback today i thought it would go past 2p again.
Excellent opportunity for people to buy in sub 1.80p on Monday ... if it is not tipped anywhere.

At last we agree zico1.

Well done for picking them up at 1.35p - I had discarded this from my monitor and had not given it a though until I saw the news, hence my post that you commented on.

But even better value at 1.79 now imo but DYOR.

But be willing to hold.

That 1.35p price was available in the first week of December,i managed to pick up 500,000 @ 1.349p.

I admit that was a very good price but it is now derisked with that TU and it is still significantly undervalued at 1.90p.It should be trading way higher than than it is ... rerating will happen at some point in the very near future.

The new shares turned out to be a bargain but they diluted small private shareholders and did not give them the same opportunity to buy the heavily discount shares at the time. It seems to me some of those are now being sold at a healthy profit.

However, as I said on the basis that folks were paying around 1.75 plus at the time they were issued the share price target is as you have pointed out 3.5p so plenty of headroom yet.

13/8/2021 RNS about Purchase of Greenlight Digital

GBP6.2 million by way of a placing of 455,555,560 new ordinary shares of 0.1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.35 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Placing Price")

Yesterdays trading statement says current tax year expected EPS 0.16p and Cash on balance sheet of £4.7 million

I think the new shares at 1.35p were a very good bargain!

Cenkos target for this year 3.5p is PE of 22 which still includes the cash of £4.7 million (25% of current market Cap!). How much does the market want to pay for this company's future cashflow generation? Dyor but I think higher than 3.5p is possible. Cenkos estimates 2022/23 tax year growth of 42% and with historic tax losses, the company will be chucking off cash without having to pay tax for a few years. Social media is a growing sector with more and more companies needing to participate. Happy to hold!

Some buyers were paying 1.75p+ when this was burning money and now it looks like making decent profits in 2022/2023 the share price should reflect that and it should be at least 3.5p imo on that basis.

First bought a long time ago, but gave up - too early. But now the time looks right to build a bigger position.

The Company intends to launch a new proposition to the market in H1 2022 under the Brave Bison brand.

Hopefully this will be launched before the February presentation.

ahead-after-positive-update-971683.html

8.45am: Brave Bison (AIM:BBSN) boosted by positive update
Brave Bison (AIM:BBSN) has seen its shares charge ahead after the social and digital media company said full year results would be ahead of market forecasts.

The company - which publishes content on social media channels to generate advertising revenue and also runs campaigns for the likes of Panasonic and Vodafone - said trading in the second half of the year had been strong.

Revenues and viewing numbers across its advertising network were positive and its agency won several new customers during the final quarter of the year.

Meanwhile it said the integration of digital agency Greenlight, bought in August, was well advanced.

So it now expects profit before tax to be at least £0.4mln after £0.7mln of acquisition costs, the first statutory profit in its eight-year history as a public company.

Oliver Green, Executive Chairman, said: "In the last 12 months Brave Bison (AIM:BBSN) has been able to grow revenues, make a highly accretive and strategic acquisition, deliver a maiden statutory profit and generate a significant amount of cash. We expect trading to remain strong as our customers respond positively to Brave Bison (AIM:BBSN)'s new proposition that combines an owned digital media network with a suite of social and digital marketing services. Supported by our strong balance sheet we expect to grow our footprint across the digital ecosystem throughout 2022 and beyond."

MM's have increased offer price for 200,000 and above to a max 1.90p and size reduced to less than 300,000 ... shares sold by short termers after the TU have been bought by new owners.

My target price for 12 to 15 months is above 5p.

For the current year ending December 2022 revenue is likely to increase to appx. £32m that includes full 12 months contribution from Greenlight. Applying 2.5x revenue rating is giving a share price of 7p for next year .......

At the current price of 1.85p and market cap of £20m shares are significantly undervalued.

For the year just ended BBSN has had a very strong H2 and traded ahead of expectations for revenue, profits and cash.

The markets at some point this year will rerate the shares very much higher ... even after the rise so far today the company is trading less than 1x the revenue.

Compare BBSN to BOOM which is trading at more 6x its revenue for its year which also ended December 2021.I'm not saying we should also be trading at 6x but a more realistic would be at 2.5x revenue which should imply a share price of 4.75p for this year.

2021 was a transformational year for BBSN ... expect revenue, profits and cash to increase significantly again this year.

Be patient ... the rerating will happen.

The share price almost reached these levels when it was swallowing up investors cash, so should have a lot more upside now imo.
Good Luck
