The Greens could start buying shares back to put in treasury at under 3p to reduce the £2 million paid in 66,666,666 shares, sunject to conditions.

It sems a few have cottoned on that even if the share only reached 3p in the three years that would still show them around 10% pa return.

It seems the penny has dropped and we have a little traction, as you might now see new
institutions build at stake, as the size of the company increases.

This is a sweet deal because the contingent payments only are made once BBSN has recouped is orginal investment. So no chance of trashing itself Jim.

"Vesting of the equity consideration is subject to Brave Bison achieving a minimum share price of 3 pence per share, Group financial performance targets and a three-year holding period. The contingent consideration is self-funding and structured such that the contingent payments are only made once Brave Bison has recouped its original investment."

Hmm, I've been involved in a few companies who trashed themselves with deferred consideration, but we have cash and there is some care in the deferred consideration... Continuing to hold as a value share.

This is an investment in the future, I would have been the first one to say,if I thought the price was excess or even unreasonable, regardless of if I am holding or trading, which I am no longer doing.

The current company has organic growth and the market will only increase.

With the cash in hand the company is in a remarkable position to grow exponentially now.

With an "adjusted EBITDA" loss of £0.3 million (who knows what the actual loss is!), BBSN will have its work cut out to show any decent return on the acquisition cost. They have identified a "restructuring and integration programme" but note that the acquisition is expected to be earnings accretive "over the medium term", so not in the short term. I think the price paid is on the high side, but hopefully, they will work hard to prove me wrong.

ali47fish what it is doing is opening the doors to motor sport F1 and it might take a little time but when they receive their shares in the coming years, they will be working to make sure they get a huge amount more than 3 p a share.

This must be the best deal the Greens have ever pulled off.

Just be patient whatever the share price does today.

This business will transform the company into a major player. The platform will take it to new highs in the course of the next few years.

Hazl, as I mentioned to you I am stopping trading on 22.12.2024 but I have been closing trading stocks and buying/adding to my holdings of quality stocks like this.

As I am not trading I will tell you that I added some here yesterday and will not be trading them as in 2025 I belive they will start to reward stakeholders with either dividends or buy back - I prefer buy back, as my company pays no tax on capital growth.

I may keep adding as I release other trading funds if the share price does not jump past 3p to quickly.

This is now a cash cow and even if they consolidate then raise in 2025 to make a another purchase, I think they will be able to do it at a good premium.

This is no longer a traders share just a jolly good investment impo.

6p next year is my target but I have no intention of selling unless they did something I thought was not in PI's best interests next year.

No advice given just my view.

DYOR.

Funnily enough I saw the rise

and that there was a post and thought the same!

Been occupied with OMI and similar gold stocks but like the prospects here.
Let's hope tech and media get favored again.

How are you doing hazl - See the share price popped up I thought I would pop in and see whats going on, as even a small rise like today improves my long term holding.

It must be due for a big rise as it heads to year end, and with the forecast £9 million in cash.
