06/2/2022 20:45 | Apart from the Greenlight acquisition, the company has shown no proficiency growing revenue in previous years. BOOM is a technology platform and has good management who are growing podcast subscribers and attracting advertising revenue organically. | muffinhead
06/2/2022 20:29 | From trading update Pre tax profit 0.4 million Total shares 1074.98 million Gives basic earnings per share 0.0372 pence Where did the cashflow come from? "integration of Greenlight is well advanced and ALL previously identified synergies for FY21 have been achieved."... cost cuts Adjusted EBITDA is for fairies......... Adj. EBITDA is defined as earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation, and after adding back acquisition costs, restructuring costs and share-based payments. Under IFRS16 most of the costs associated with the Company's property leases are classified as depreciation and interest, therefore Adj. EBITDA is stated before deducting these costs. The market may rerate if there is profitable organic growth. On a current shareprice of 1.65p, a PE of 44.... probably enough for now. | muffinhead
06/2/2022 13:11 | Shares of BOOM fell due to directors selling... but is still valued at £260m. BOOM will have sales to 31/12/2021 of appx. £44m and is trading at 6 x sales BBSN will have sales to 31/12/2021 of £ 21.7m is trading at less than 1 x sales DBOX will have sales to 31/12/2021 of £3.6m valued at £18m is trading at 5 x sales BBSN is rated significantly less than the other 2 ... sooner or later Mr market will have to increase it's rating. If the Markets increase it's rating to 5 x you are looking at share price of 8p. Even if the share price doubles from the current 1.675p it will still be rated at less 2 x it's sales for 2021. With sales which are expected to increase to £32m for this year 31/12/2022 ... the Markets will have to at some point increase the share price and it's rating to bring it inline with the others in the sector. At 1.675p the shares are seriously undervalued and have a massive upside potential in the next 6 to 12 months. | zico01

03/2/2022 22:08 | Your clearly not qualified to provide advice, or you would know how to control your emotions. However in respect of your figures which I have not checked but rely on them being correct, note the following: Hardly volatile with around 332 million shares in free float according to your figures, additionally the recent charts show the last peak was around February 2021 - so one year rocking around between roughly 1.3p and 2p can hardly be described as volatile. Volatile meaning - "liable to change rapidly and unpredictably, especially for the worse" | clocktower
03/2/2022 19:41 | I hope he's taken my advice and moved on to his own thread. | zico01
03/2/2022 19:36 | Even though they have a lot of shares in issue ... there is not a great deal of free float. Nearly 70% of shares are owned by large holders that own over 3%: Oliver & Theo Green Number of Shares: 241,516,059 * Total Issued Share Capital: 22.47% *Of these Shares, 240,416,059 are held by Tangent Marketing Services Ltd (“TMSL”) CIP Merchant Capital Limited Number of Shares: 164,346,407 Total Issued Share Capital: 15.29% Lombard Odier Number of Shares: 151,698,240 Total Issued Share Capital: 14.03% James Russell DeLeon Number of Shares: 97,132,017* Total Issued Share Capital: 9.04% *Of these Shares, 30,000,000 are held in James Russell DeLeon’s own name, 56,014,648 are held by Vesuvius Limited and 11,117,369 are held by Plum Tree Limited. Simon Davies Number of Shares: 64,941,559 Total Issued Share Capital: 6.01% Trium Capital Number of Shares: 33,333,000 Total Issued Share Capital: 3.10% LAST UPDATED ON 20TH DECEMBER 2021 There will be a lot of smaller holders as well who own less than 3%. This is the reason why the shares are so volatile and have such a large spread. down over 9% on just 2m shares traded today. share price since December has been on an uptrend and still is on uptrend even though the 9% drop today. | zico01
03/2/2022 17:41 | LOL - you just do not like true facts pointed out, do you, as to why that is, beggars belief but fingers up it was my typo error about the name you post under, so I corrected it to keep you happy. See you again soon, so we can keep talking about the facts as they change, up or down as the case maybe. | clocktower
03/2/2022 17:05 | Get it through your THICK head you're not welcome here ... so post on own thread. No one is aking you to post here ... now F off. What a f@@king wan@er | zico01
03/2/2022 16:35 | zico01 - My header on the old thread is not really appropriate bearing in mind they are now making profits, whereas your header was spot on, as it turned out, as they did exceed market expectations, and I hope they continue to do so. Only 1.75p to buy now - getting cheaper! I wonder if the market turns even lower tomorrow if it will slide a little more. Interesting times, and I hope you make a lot of money by the way, and pay ADVFN for the pleasure of using this platform to give us all your opinions and any research that you can come up with. Hopefully, you even get a tip off if they go for another funding, and you can tip us all off about any rumors that might circulate in future, be they positive or negative. | clocktower
03/2/2022 15:49 | I started thread this last year and i've been doing just fine ... don't try to flatter yourself. You can do that on your own BB. You had a go at me last year when you called the company a dog. Truthfully i don't need you on this BB ... i'm here to make money ... i don't need posters like you wasting my time. Like i said kindly post on your own BB which you created ... or is it good enough for you anymore. | zico01
03/2/2022 15:04 | Take a deep breath and calm down, and bear in mind you cannot ban anyone, much as you may like to. You need some company on this thread or mostly you would be talking to yourself - so be grateful because you clearly have issues that need addressing. Of course they will be re-rated at some point if they continue to raise profits without further dilution but they have clearly stated their intentions to acquire other businesses and who knows how they may finance them this time. It also seems to me that you have a problem understand what you are reading, as I am not de-ramping just pointing out some of the large sales at certain prices that have been executed since the last RNS and the risks of being diluted once again, in view that all shareholders were not given the same option to take part last time money was required. | clocktower
03/2/2022 13:16 | Funny you start being rude, and use the excuse of your fat fingers to be rude, because it seems you are frustrated by the facts put before you. The facts are there are large sellers that come out of the woodwork when the share price bid hits around 1.85/1.9p. You only show your lack of maturity zinc01. Grow up. Furthermore you have no idea at what price I trade, and only a prat would assume that I would buy shares at 1.35p or above and when or at what price I sell. These boards have no effect on the share price - the market does. | clocktower
03/2/2022 13:09 | In April 2019 BOOM did a placing at 2.5p ... after the placing they had over 1.4 billion shares ... and in June 2019 they did a 100 to 1 share consolidation and were left with just over 14m shares. That's equivalent of them rising from 2.5p to 18p pre consolidation. That's equivalent of them rising from 2.5p to 18p pre consolidation. The shares went above £18 today valued at £280m ... yet sales to 31/12 were only £44m ... the company is trading at more 6 x sales ... BBSN is trading at less than 1 x sales . We are dirt cheap compare to BOOM. Do not believe in traders like ct also known as DH. | zico01
03/2/2022 11:42 | LOL - desperate times call for desperate measures in your case it would seem fat fingers zinco01. :-) With over a Billion shares in issue its going to take much higher profits for small investors to see any big hike in the share price imo. Keep working your magic! | clocktower |
