Cenkos ups target to 3.5p...

"...By applying the average FY22E EV/Adj EBITDA of 14.9x to the Brave Bison FY22E Adj/EBITDA, we estimate a fair value of £38m, equivalent to 3.50p per share, implying significant upside potential."

As predicted a strong year for BBSN === results are ahead of market expectations

Revenue is over £21m ... H2 cash generation very strong of £2.9m

The markets have to rerate the shares significantly higher

Will write up more later in the day.

I confess this is a bit of a punt for me, an outsider in the 4 o'clock at Wetherby. I have not really been terribly impressed by the presentations, by which I mean the managers presentation skills, but one simply cannot judge companies solely on their charisma. Too often the flashiest managers are in the worst companies trying to make an easy buck off the mug pi - of which I am (very) occasionally one. But what fascinates me is that Lombard Odier - an old, well established Swiss 'private bank' wealth manager - with which I had frequent serious intercourse in another world - have a pretty significant stake worth I think around £2.25mn. That is a decent monetary investment in an usually illiquid small cap by any measurement.

Waiting for full year Trading Update which should kick start the long awaited rerating.

snippets from rns's

From 07/07/2021

The Board is pleased to report that trading in the first half of the year has continued to be strong and the Board now expects the Company to exceed current market expectations for the full year. Revenue for H1 2021 is expected to be not less than GBP7.3m (H1 2020: GBP5.5m) and H1 2021 Adjusted EBITDA* is expected to be not less than GBP0.5m (H1 2020: GBP0.4m loss). Net cash increased by GBP0.2m to GBP2.9m at 30 June 2021 (30 December 2020: GBP2.7m).

The company was very bullish for the rest of the year.

From 06/08/2021

I look forward to continued momentum in the second half of the year, which is historically a stronger trading period as a result of Christmas related advertising budgets.

13/08/2021

Transformational acquisition that is expected to be significantly earnings accretive in the current year and beyond. In FY20, Greenlight generated revenue of c.GBP14.3 million and Adjusted EBITDA of c.GBP0.8 million, more than doubling the Group's revenues on a pro-forma basis.

These extracts point to a very bullish TU.

Revenue should be about £20m to £21m including 4 1/2 months contribution from Greenlight and that's being very conservative.

Social Media is a very busy sector to be in.

My guess is that the bro's have lined up to sell BBSN. The recent rns suggested so, once the share price gets to about 3.5 to 5.5p sometime in the future.

Getting festive with Gap and Katy Perry

Our Greenlight paid media teams helped Gap and one of the world’s best-selling music artists, Katy Perry, to launch their exciting new 2021 Christmas campaign.
This Christmas, Gap has partnered with global pop superstar, Katy Perry. This year’s campaign celebrates the importance of love, kindness and acceptance in ALL TOGETHER NOW.

Gap shines at the intersection of culture, fashion and music, with Katy’s remix of The Beatles’ classic “All You Need Is Love”.

Our Greenlight teams have played an integral role in launching this exciting holiday campaign by developing a robust and far-reaching paid media plan, which supported Gap’s objectives.

By using a vast combination of CTV, display advertising and paid social, we have helped to build awareness among Gap’s target audience. We have also supported in driving quality traffic to site, all while complimenting its existing OOH strategy.

Spread the love this holiday and follow along with @gap and @katyperry.

LOL T101 - At least you can now buy this at or less than the last raise, as I expected you would, when others were saying otherwise.

Unless they produce some wonderful numbers following the last purchase of Greenlight, investors might be facing more dilution I guess.

Furthermore, you have no idea what shares/investments I have. LOL

Just look at the share price earlier this year, when I was saying it was overvalued and where it is now, and then remind me of what you were saying around that time.

If you do not describe a share that falls from over 1.8p to its current level, which has not made a taxable profit as anything other than a dog,how would you like it described?

Maybe you would like to whitewash the failures and the succession of dilutive actions as a roaring success, a shooting star performance to increase small investors assets over many, many years. All jam tomorrow, and we know those that have enjoyed the jam in the past, what with share options, salary etc.

Hopefully the Greens will succeed but until they prove themselves to be any better than those that came before them, how can anyone have confidence. How much longer do you give them to deliver for ordinary investors who were not even given the chance to take part in the fundraising?

Frankly I do not give a fig about your views, as to date evidence supports my view, not to say they will fail but at this time they have not produced concrete evidence that the company will have taxable profits in the current trading period.

Can you trust them after the last dilution?
Still it now hovers around the funding level, as I expected it to do but sooner, now the question is how much further will it sink?

You have bought and sold your shares and you're calling this fantastic company a dog.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

Your opinion has NO value.

I disagree, I thought it was poorly presented - few of the charts could be read clearly and in general the presentation by the Green's was poor for a media business - they could do with a bit a training in front of camera imo.

Nothing exciting from them or the business.
