Options:

In 2023 they granted 37,500,000 options at 2.2p

Out at the beginning of 2023 there were 63,369,125 at exercise price of 0.96p

Outstanding at year end 2023 97,809.584 at weighted average of 1.43p

Exerciseable at end of year 34,659,615 at 1.05p

As it is the company policy to issue staff with shasre options every year, how many will there be at the end of 2024?

There are already 1,298,147,280 shares in issue (well that was the number at the end of 2023)

So talking of rewards, it seems the staff had a few of those also. How were long suffering investors rewarded.

The share price at the end of 2023 stood at a little over 2p and had been above 1.5p all of 2022 and as much ast 2.4p - so no great shakes there.

Market Cap of almost £29 million.

When I compare your posts , as a holder, to when you have sold out, clocktower, then they tell the same old story.
You start off with a comment...I'm on your side really...the stalker thing, then you are onto to the old denigradation of the company.

There's the 20% soon be the 30% I was expecting but it may take a day or two I guess.

This always takes a little time to build momentum but it could well head up towards 3p again I guess as the figures were impressive.

Well it should bounce nicely JC a traders dream ticket for 20/30%.

The presentation has not helped it would seem. Did you watch hazl?

I had to have a 🤣 when they said the share price had increased since they took over, as it had gone up from 0.0075 to 3p under the previous management, and they refered to it being around 1.35p I think and rising to as much as 3p.

Well how many years have passed, and are holders any better off now bearing in mind inflation etc. Either way if they sold back then at 3p and even stuck the cash in NS&I they would be better off now.

At least it is profitable but they are not sharing those profits but they do draw nice salaries and I guess will issue more options before long or when they buy another business and maybe dilute PI's again.

Is it as good as OMI or CEY has been for me today clocktower?
We can all promote other shares here but this is not the place.

This is BBSN YOU have sold... so stop pushing YOUR shares, whilst subtly trying to knock here.

I waited for CEY to come good now it has had an offer today.
I now hope for BBSN to continue an upward trajectory!

NorthStar88 when they made an offer for Mission, they said they would do a raise, so don't try and suggest they are unlikely to do so again, if they make a case for buying a bigger fish from the pond.

You also refer to my earier posts of today -

"clocktower9 Sep '24 - 07:10 - 917 of 939
Cash for full year expected to exceed £9 million WOW.

clocktower9 Sep '24 - 08:02 -
Will it breakout over 3p at long last?"

The first timed at 07.10 was just something that struck me from the RNS but not sufficent time to take in all the numbers and comments in the RNS.

Secondly my post timed at 08.02 was just a question to anyone that was following in view that the share had been markeed up, it was not suggesting it was a buy, in fact I would say it was a warning to those that might think someone here might try ramp it, as hazel does, but never admits to trading it on spikes.

Unlike hazel, I do not pump this share but trade it on occasions, as I have openly said many times.

Good luck but I guess the tiny increase in profit from a year ago has hit home more than the prospect of £9 million cash at year end.

Plus of course mothballing something that did not work out goes to show they make errors like we all do from time to time but were they making another one when they tried taking Mission for their egos rather than shareholders best interests?

Maybe it is time to reward long suffering shareholders and not just some stakeholders with benefits.

I may only take small profits but I have even stated on the thread when I consider this to be of short term value, it is for other to express their own view as several do far more often than myself on this thread. My trades or comments here make no diffrence to the share price so I cannot fathom why you both take umbridge.

Clocktower, you are at it again. First posts of the day after reading the results was positive regarding cash position and maybe share price will reach £3 finally. The share price took off and you kept quiet. It’s now taken a turn for reasons that make zero sense (just traders that bought Friday making miniscule gains and pushing price down) and you have predictably turned very negative again as you now want to buy back in no doubt.

You keep mentioning the amount of shares in float and how a small profit will struggle to impact the share price Do you not understand that the current share price is based on the current number of shares? If they consolidated, we would have less shares of exactly the same value, and the share price would react in exactly the same way to news as it does now. Please educate yourself before making silly comments.

You are also scare mongering about dilution and raising cash at shareholders expense. There is pretty much zero chance of this happening with the expected cash pile unless they make an enormous acquisition in which case it may be beneficial to do a raise. Again, not all cash raises are dilutive providing they use the cash correctly.

You are not scaring anybody with your repetitive scaremongering negativity. If you are not a shareholder just move on. We have nothing to learn from your posts as they have no objectivity and are simply incorrect. If you are a shareholder - which I assume you must be really despite your posts- you may benefit from having a bit more positivity.

Looking at the chart the share price has been on an upward trajectory since 2020.

As that bodes well in these difficult times I think management have a very good handle on things.
Marketing is clearly brilliant with their addition of new clients...

SharkNinja, Primark, Sony Pictures, Yours Clothing, Greene King, Seasalt Cornwall, Reed, HSS and The Travel Corporation.....

look at those recognisable names!

Chin up hazel, don't let the falling share price of BBSN get to you even if your having a bad day.

Things will change in due course, it always has when it bounced back up off sub 2p which it's getting to by the looks of it. Though I am surprised a bit as I thought 2.35p was pretty good as a starting buying point.

I guess it was all those options once again and piles more shares.

Hazel you were ramping it up even after the company spoke of a raise during the Mission farce.

Well the brothers have done very little for long term holders but they have enriched themselves, buying in a raise when PI's were not able to do so, by way of example.

The share price lingers here, as I expect everyone one fears what the lads will do next, rather than reward shareholders with a rising share price based on income or dividends.

2.4/2.5 is no great shakes, and it might yet hit the rails at under 2p again as it has in the past.

Time to consolidate, as there are to many in free float, and hard to raise at this level, but at a discount.

There is a great deal of difference between supporting a stock at a time when shorters have a disproportionate presence on a forum, to talking a share up when it doesn't deserve it, clocktower.

As this poster is determined to do a character assassination, strangely trying to connect spuriously, my investment there to my BBSN investment, bored as I am by their remarks, I will speak up.

If you are not interested but confident about BBSN, you need read no further.

This company for example doesn't need lots of posts ninety times a day.

Explanation on my support for GDR.

The Health care sector is a dreadful market to invest in, because of the regulatory hurdles.... justified in some ways but providing time delays in some cases nonetheless.
This can hold the share back, months.
Then again the financing is an issue for every company that is pre revenue as we all know.

I went into the company hoping for success, as I had a profit from them before in the Covid surge but soon realised that in this difficult market, to raise finance, a miracle was needed.

Unusually perhaps, in these days of egoistic behaviour, I continued to support them, the company was working on products that were already benefitting society and children in particular.
Subsequently, they developed a stroke test and the fact that nearly all of us know someone that has suffered a stroke or is in the family, even, makes you realise why I didn't want this one to go under , as well as
being a financially lucrative proposal if the company succeeded.

So I continued to post the many praises hospital staff had given, the government approval and so on.

I realise that most people are here for investment purposes and making money but I gave my research, freely, on the thread for conscience, too, as some children had already been saved from deafness, by use of the test.
Lastly, knowing the risks, I tried to be honest about the situation,on the bb, being hounded by shorters continually.
If the financing they seek presently, even at this low price, materialises, then we have some real hope for an improving share price because the final announcement on the NICE approval is due in July!

That can indeed move share prices.

The very real opposite scenario, though, is that the company goes bust and we lose our money.
They say never to fall in love with a share but sometimes having been in this business over twenty years, I see something that deserves to do well, ought to have support and detect something very wrong with the system and way the market treates these companies.
We had a very interesting conversation on the SHA BB on just this topic and the system is very wrong in my opinion.

Anyone reading in quickly.....be assured I am not talking about BBSN!
I have been forced to explain from above.
I am not promoting GDR which is at considerable risk but explaining my interest in that endeavour.
