1mn shares at 1.8pence is 18k.One cannot go long on Spreadex.

From the day the share price shot up on news, there has been heavy selling of large chunks around 1.75p - 1.9p - which suggests to me that major holders either know something that you do not zinc01 or do not agree with your numbers and point of view.

So I guess you would agree that such big sellers are likely to be some that picked up stock when the last dilution took place, and might be looking for the next lower entry point.

Over 1m already dumped this morning, how many more millions will it take to get it up and over 2p and towards the levels that is was before it was profitable?

BOOM up another 60p today £18.00 valued at £283m sales for 31/12/2021 only £44m
it's trading at more than 6 x sales.

BBSN is still trading at less than 1 x sales ... significantly undervalued.

There can't be many technology/media companies with market value of less £20m that can generate cash flow of £2.9m in 6 months ... just amazing.

The management have done a fantastic job to achieve that in H2 last year.Another strong year of growth is anticipated for the company ... that cash balance will be even larger come end of the year.

At the end of December the company had net cash of £4.7m ... which is increasing all the time.

Alphabet - Google and youtube owner, blows the doors off again.

"Google owner Alphabet defied the gloom surrounding the tech sector as its surging internet ad business helped it deliver better than expected results.

Shares rose nearly 9% in after-hours trading after Alphabet said revenues for the fourth quarter jumped by 32% year-on-year to $75.3bn and profits rose 36% to $20.6bn."

...If the 3rd biggest company in the world (market cap $2tn) can increase revenue & profit over 30% all based on digital advertising, tiny small caps like BBSN should be able to do much better.

The price stayed firm after that 500,000 sell at 8.27 ... and MM's upped the offer after a few buys.

All very positive ... sentiment has indeed changed ... another ahead of expectation on the outlook in April when they announce the results and 3p will be history ... it might even get there before results.

If and when they dilute PI's all over again then it may well slump again, as it did last time - and if I recall correctly you were saying the same thing, or much the same, were you not. :-)

Regardless of our views, I wish you well and respect your knowledge, and your postings are most interesting.

Same thing happens when companies consolidate, very small PI's get washed out normally.

I have also followed the company for longer than you have I expect, as I am fully aware of its full history and the various Boards that have had good tunneling experiences it seems to me, as a older small time lay investor of many years, some not at all successful but you learn from your mistakes most times.

To get to 3p it has to consolidate at or above 2p first ... inevitably we will get some sells when the bid hits 2p, once past this level it will not take much buying to get to 3p.

This will not be the case if some tip sheet does a BUY recommendation ... this will shoot past 3p.

Look whats happened to DBOX.

The shares are so undervalued even after todays rise they are still trading slightly below 1 x last years sales.

Other companies in the similar sector are trading at 5 or 6 x their sales.

Forget 1.35p that's history buy some shares ... this will go to past 2p very soon who knows Mr market might take it to 4p .. 5p .. 6p .. 7p + ......

The business is in a very fast growth sector ... the company will most likely issue another ahead of expectations TU this year again.

Well I really only popped to see how much activity there had been on the thread but if you think that there is extra activity on the thread and your figures have encouraged buyers, I think you are over estimating the effect of either of our comments.

However, you cannot compare apples with the price of pears or strawberries out of season with those that are in season even but maybe you are right and it is just the crazy market that is placing a value on this company without considering what the directors have said or failed to say.

Where is the wealth being transfer too, as this stock was around 1.8p before the dilution at 1.35p

For the current ending 31/12/2022 we are likely to have a t/o of £32m to £33m a measly 1 x sales rating should give us a 70% upside to 2.975p.

That is the very least.

ct , the new management team led by Oli Green and the subsequent restructuring that took place in 2020 has transformed the company.

The company has given 3 trading updates ahead of it's expectations over last year or so.It's only a matter of time before Mr market rerates the shares.

We are making profits more than DBOX and BOOM ... we made £0.4m last year after £0.7m acquisition costs on a t/o of £21m. This year we are likely to make atleast £1.8m pbt.

If you compare the 3 companies BOOM DBOX and BBSN ... we are seriously undervalued.

Remember zico01 - turnover is vanity - profit is sanity.

While I agree that profits are likely to rise, there are other more serious issues surrounding the acquisition policy, and the valuation of this company that already has over 1 billion shares in issue.

Hats off to you though chum, its doing well but struggling to get anywhere near the highs that it was even when it was loss making, which goes to show how crazy the share market is.

DBOX at 16.75p is valued at nearly £19m ... yet sales for the period 31/12/21 will only be £3.6m ... so is valued at more than 5 x sales.

We are clearly lagging well behind others in the sector.

A similar rating applied to BBSN could see the share price above 8.5p
