This years AGM is on 29th June,

The company normally issues a trading update at 7.00 am on the day of the AGM , we might get an update for the 5 months to May.

H1 update will be issued in July.

From the company's posts on social media , trading throughout H1 has been strong.It should be a very upbeat trading update.

1,000,0000 BUY @ 1.85p at 16.15 is the reason why MM's upped to full offer at 1.90.

The 2,000,000 was a BUY from yesterday at 13.11 when price was 1.70/1.80.

In the last 15 minutes of trading today the MM's upped the offer to full 1.90 to buy 250,000 shares.

NT at 1.80p , hopefully it will steadily rise towards 2.0p before the trading update.

With the announcement of these significant contracts today , the shares have very limited downside with huge upside potential over the next few months.

Considering how busy the company has been so far this year , it should be a very upbeat trading update.

H1 revenue will likely to be in the region of 100% up on last year's H1.

The company will be profitable and cash generative.

A very strong BUY at 1.75p.

Significant Contract Wins

Brave Bison, the social and digital media company, is pleased to announce the signing of two new significant contracts with an aggregate value of GBP1.7m (the "Contracts"). The Contracts will be delivered in the next six to nine months, and provide further revenue visibility for the current financial year.

The Contracts have been won across both Brave Bison Social & Influencer, the Company's social media advertising practice, and Brave Bison Commerce, the Company's digital commerce practice.

Brave Bison Social & Influencer has entered into a new engagement with a multi-billion-dollar global fintech company to provide influencer marketing services.

Brave Bison Commerce has entered into a new engagement with a leading UK office and stationery supply store to provide ecommerce technology services.

In addition to the Contracts, Brave Bison has now won a total of 16 new customers since the acquisition of Greenlight in September 2021, including Avalara, Feefo, Paperchase, Lloyds Direct, Autoglym, MKM and World Economic Forum.

Brave Bison looks forward to updating shareholders further in a trading update in respect of H1 2022 in mid-July 2022.
