I actually find this whole saga unbelievable

Millions of pounds gone up the swannee, along with shareholders

And for what?

Because Mercer did something requiring a rap on the knuckles?

NOTHING ILLEGAL

The proper course would gave been to call a general meeting, put all the facts forward AND LET THE OWNERS DECIDE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO

Brokers often work late hours so it looks as if midnight is the crucial hour. Maybe 8 AM at a really outside push before Markets open, but doubtful

Yes I feel for all genuine holders here, hopefully it can be put down as a learning exercise although expensive. It's a shame some would have been hood-winked by certain Posters on here posting fake news/lies and made up stories. I suspect they still are doing.

Well certainly not where I thought we'd be a couple of years ago when I started investing but we are where we are and as mentioned a month ago (8866), there is hope to take this over to America by way of acquisition so one last roll of the dice.

I am however certainly not privy to whats going to happen in the next few days, we'll all have to sit back and take what we get and go from there, or lick our wounds and move on! GL to the holders and generally decent human beings.

I don’t think they are taking it to the wire, I really don’t think there is going to be a NOMAD do you?? It is going to delist surely. Question is is it being sold and more to the poibt what will an Owner of Ordinary Shares get out of it. Mercer has 20-30M shares he will want a good price for them unless he has another way of extracting value and we are then shafted. If the deals and the prospects were real then we have a chance. If they were fabricated or embelished then someone needs locking up over it and questions needs asking about what PWC were asked to do and whether they did it properly. Where is the transparency? Still, it’s not quite over yet still some hope

Well. If it is a delisting RNS then it can happen after COB today! Just want to be put out my misery - either way. I cannot see how it can have been bought...but not long to wait now. Thank goodness!!
