Yes , it does look like they are holding out for the date to pass for the Nomad .

Just a little hope left , but holding out for a last minute surprise 🤔

They own several million shares is what I mean by large .

The statement they have moved on is that they longer believe this will be going anywhere and they are focusing on many other investments

Well another week approaches and we hope the Chairman has found time over the weekend to supply us the numbers on Q3/4 .

And news of nomad if timing allows

A couple of large shareholders I know of and others have Said they have lost interest in the company and have moved onto other investments and don’t expect a recovery here for a very long time if ever .
Not what I wanted to hear but not surprised .

Can you quantify what you mean by ''large''. Is that ''large'' based on comparison to your own holding, or compared as a % of shares in issue?

Also, how have they moved on when the shares are suspended, pretty impossible to do I would imagine?

delboy, I now plenty of large shareholders, who are also very frustrated like we all are currently. Lets hope for some positive news from the company & chairman over the next 7-10 days. There will be a way forward, but lets see what they deliver...

You're right mlf51, the date is actually stated in the 3rd January RNS. Think I was running from the date of the RNS not the official resignation date of the previous Nomad, which was the close of business on the 8th January as stated in the RNS. So they have up to close of business on the 8th February to announce a new Nomad and so almost 2 weeks as you say not 1 week. A little more time then to work on finding a new Nomad, fingers crossed still then.

shareholders don't know what areas PWC actually investigated as they havent stated by the company.
I have a feeling its all to do with the loans and extra loans which should had been announced in several RNS,hence the recommendations and the CFO falling out with MERCER.
Lots of speculation from shareholders about a cash shell.
You are all forgetting why you invested here.
You should all stop speculating and wait for news on results etc.
JENKINS waste of space as a trading platform,rarely a share is traded from.

When relisted the company should take Mercer shares back at face value in payment of the loan.

OK Andy, certainly let's agree Pwc gave BNN a clean bill of health on the parts they were asked to investigate. The point I was making was inclusion of "the parts they were asked to investigate" which you didn't include in your previous post. But let's not quibble.

My comment was also looking beyond your post to others who seem to think Pwc looked at literally everything to do with BNN - clearly they didn't as Pwc were only asked to investigate the specific allegations. But because the allegations seemingly were specific we may perhaps take encouragement that in other areas of the business there was nothing to make allegations about?

Like you I am hopeful all may not be lost, but personally I am resolved to not being surprised if it is. As I have no control over the situation I'd rather be pleasantly surprised by a better outcome than expected than disappointed by a worse one.

Andy is correct .

But realistic you will only be able to to trade your shareholding on a market .

I am sure that it is not good news for us unless we get back to Aim first then another market .
