They issued the cash balance but as far as I recall did not reveal the true current asset position, eg debtors and creditors, so its doubtful all that cash was surplus to requirements.

Emotions getting higher as we near the deadlines I feel, calm down as it does nobody any good, since this it ultimately out of our control now.

Still time for something to be announced as Andy highlighted, who knows what is happening behind the scenes. But it could go either way, we just don't know.

Simple answer on DMs loan, deduct from salary at an agreed rate until paid off once "discussions" on what is actually due is finalised. But right now that is actually well down the priority queue as the company's future is clearly the focus right now.

I would be very surprise with the amount of cash they cant find a nomad.

Iam surprise that the company tried a listing in the USA and spent £1million in doing so when they knew that they could NOT list with out Mercer loan being paid back.

I suggest Mercer pays the loan back with some of his shares at 30p a share ???
reduction in salary to £75,000 from £
chairman and directors are paid on reward and salaries for incoming directors are more inline with aim companies.

That’s precisely my point you don’t and continue to point to other people’s problem in holding shares in this company .

We all know it is not where we wanted it to go that is obvious and we have to deal with it .

It's funny how those that posted they had "inside contacts" (I didn't name you Charles!) have leapt to the defence of a post that is totally inaccurate, and they know it!

Unlike some, I think there is a chance of a new NOMAD, (mostly because of their cash, and I'm cynical of how the city works), and have posted so recently on here. quite why the gang have decided to attack me this morning is beyond me, but you are supposed to be adults, and make your own investment decisions, I never told you to invest here, so perhaps you should be looking at your own decision, and who influenced it?


And everyone is using correct money management right?

some seem to forget the company had £27 million in the bank only 5 months ago,confirmed by PWC.
many a aim company don't have such a large amount available.
This figure would be less by now.
We will soon know if Bnn will be another aim company going into the bin or rising from the ashes.
ones forget the suspension was over the two directors and not the irregularities of contracts.

new contracts
new board members

Heard a rumour that Barclays may be involved in BNN going forward. Not rumours we need now though, it’s action and facts!
There would appear to be a good underlying business here so I admit it is beyond me that we have heard so little about it in over 5 months!

Having said that the Comms from the Co are also disgraceful, they will be fully aware of the concerns of shareholders (but not those on this BB apparently)

Absolutely correct about Mercer .

However the new Chairman ( IMO ) can / could get a nomad on board with the funds left in the company and new directors .
I think it now suits them to go private but I don’t see why the large investors would want this ?

I would wait until he final minute before assuming anything.

If BNN do delist, there will be a stock exchange announcement.

Should hear something tomorrow or I think AIM listing gone. If nomad has been found, they would know by now!!
