24/1/2018 22:25 | Looks as if BNN is moving to HK - probably for the best as AIM just cannot get its head around China and the extraordinary opportunities (leaving aside Mercers shenanigans). Hope some people followed my suggestion to hedge BNN with Alibaba and Tencent over the last year (100-150% rise and more to come) | ripplevale
24/1/2018 21:29 | I hope we get a RNS in the next2 days on Nomad . I get the feeling it might suit the chairman that we run out of time And he is able to take company out of AIM . Mentioned on here several weeks ago by some posters . RNS needed Chairman ‘ please ‘ | delboy39

22/1/2018 16:52 | If they do do a fundraising it would have to be to mates No way this outfit could issue the detail necessary for a full prospectus ATM | sandcrab2
22/1/2018 16:40 | I was reliably told that shortly after the results of the PWC report that there was enough in the coffers to last c.18 months. | newbie17
22/1/2018 16:30 | Agreed, if they manage removal of the suspension then a trading statement with some indication of financials would be clearly beneficial. But time is simply running out so we just have to wait and see as you say. If they do get a new Nomad, then at least there is more time until around the 4th March. All we can do is sit and watch as effectively it is completely out of our control. | perfect choice
22/1/2018 15:59 | PC, we will have assume (hope) they will put out a fairly detailed statement when they relist, otherwise no one will have a clue how to value the stock, and there is obviously a long list of unanswered compliance questions etc. I am wondering if there may even be a small fund raise prior to re-listing to put some kind of floor on the share price. They really need to bring this stock back on the market soon, it has been off for way too long. Think like the others, will get into wait and see mode now. | balance1
22/1/2018 14:05 | shorters getting burnt over at ocado. teach them to mess with a company shares on a company where retailers are not all online. onwards and news required it will be interesting to see how advance bnn are with the petrol filling stations and the government payment system for fines, utilities bills etc. I don't expect to see BNN here next year. | genises
22/1/2018 13:19 | The point of reference should be the £27.9 million cash equivalent as of 25th September (see 27th Sept RNS). The last results were the interims to the end of June 2017 and at that time they had £28.732M Cash and cash equivalents. So surprised with that cash position on 25th September as interims (see note 6) were showing an operating alone net cash spend of £13.177M for previous 6 months (so not all expenditure). So must be some revenue coming it to keep cash position as it was on 25th September. That all said, I fully expect a fund raise if BNN get back to market now, Q3 and Q4 slips have forced that unless there is something else not clear. But until we get a full picture on financials none of us really know. Expect that will be full year results now so new CFO will be busy on those depending on how much Patrick O'Connor has done as interim CFO. So at best it will be April before financials are clearer and this all assumes BNN manages to get both Nomad and exec board RNSs out to stay on AIM. | perfect choice
22/1/2018 11:47 | Take off the deduction’s l pointed out balance.. works out to approx what l said. In addition the cash balance from PWC’s report indicated that the costs reducing to circa 450kpm for July & August | and11
22/1/2018 11:46 | We should also have some lower management costs as well (e.g. Scott's and Mancroft's remuneration) going forward with all those who have left! | perfect choice
22/1/2018 11:42 | In the first half of the year the company was spending £2.4m per month on administrative costs, after exceptional items, according to the interim statement. | balance1
22/1/2018 11:25 | And11. Thanks , was trying to get a very rough idea of cash at Bank as of end of Jan18 . If we have 17-18M left it is enough to run business through to autumn and do a couple of deals IF we get a Nomad on board , which for me I think they can . | charlesdarcy
22/1/2018 11:06 | Charles, not easy to answer that, As There was substantial upfront costs for agreements for the latter part of 2017 & historical costs settled in Q1/Q2 & Nas costs. Taking them costs out, approx. cash burn 500kpm to 750kpm, but was reducing month on month, as revenues increased. With all the disruption from Sept 17, it may well be higher now, but who knows. | and11
22/1/2018 10:42 | Does anyone remember what the cash burn was per month from the Q1/2 numbers . I know we had a figure of cash in Bank in October last year . | charlesdarcy |
