When BNN delists as I expect then the shares are essentially worthless.

No Nomad will touch them. This is a fact.

Well the final week it is, if no new Nomad RNS by close of play this Thursday, BNN is delisted on Friday and as a result becomes a private company. Last RNS stated "The Board is continuing to talk to potential Nominated Advisers with a view to appointing one in the near future" but very late for anything to happen now. Ripplevale did post of a rumour of one being found but rumours are never the basis of firm expectation.

If no Nomad appears, then I would not even expect an RNS as BNN might as well publish a statement on their web site to inform all share holders.

Expect main IIs will know the exact situation right now as there are only 4 days left to the 8th.

BNN will not be dead if it delists, its just not on a market any longer and any ability to trade shares in a private company is severely limited as has been posted before on this thread.

Last RNS stated "Mark Hanson, Chairman of the Group, said: "I am delighted to be taking on this role with the full support of the major shareholders and relish the challenge of helping build BNN into a strong and sustainable business in the longer term." + "My Board colleagues and I would also like to thank all of our shareholders for their continued support and look forward to updating them as to our progress as soon as possible." Just a question of how "long term/soon as possible" may be now!

Andy
Of course he’s not
But just to put some more pressure on someone who has floated a PoS, had the analyst put out ridiculous numbers and taken £££; out of the business. It may just make him do better due diligence next time...

We have now entered the final week so someone will have to say something this week .

Disgraceful the attitude towards shareholders from many people and looks no different now .

It holds a trophy for me as a bronze medal for one of the worst investments I have made .

Investing in AIM has got many roller coasters that’s for sure .

veg,

He's not allowed to tell you!

If he did I would imagine he would be in the brown stuff.

Ring Peter Krens at Mirabaud
They have pocketed £££;
Maybe he could fill investors in

Have they RNS'd that any prospective NOMADS have undertaken or started due diligence?

I would have thought they would have to a)keep shareholders informed and b) to allay shareholder fears.

Have any Longs contacted the Company to ask such? or do they prefer ''my mate who has a large holding and is close to the Company has told me.....''

Definitely. But obviously not in BNN's case. Maybe, just maybe, they have run out of NOMAD's to approach?

Andy, you may very well be right. Patiently waiting to see what happens over the next 7 days.
==============================================================================
''Patiently waiting'' eh? Like you have any choice in the matter.

It usually takes a prospective new NOMAD 2 months from a standing start to undertake Due Diligence. I wonder how many they have approached already?

He still runs the whole show. Top of the tree. That won’t change. It’s his piggy bank so he’s not going to let go of the purse strings, even if that means AIM is over. If it survives, he won’t be living in HK that’s for sure. Like I have said many times before “always follow the money”.

Mercer should be nowhere near this company. He is a grade 1 Charlatan.

And11,

I'm amazed DM is still onboard quite frankly.

can’t say Andy! Although if he didn’t have the support of the ii’s & large investors do you really think he would be still with BNN. Nervy time now. 6 days & counting

He is mostly found in NY or Sandy Lane Barbados, when he’s not in his Cheshire pub. All on us.
