Another disappointing morning with no RNS .
Shareholders remain in the dark on anything of substance to do with this company .

Maybe buying from a liquidator when the vultures have already gathered would be less prudent than buying when the company is still intact with personnel etc. Especially if the price was right. There are many different reasons for both options. Liquidation may be a long way off yet and the business side of BNN stronger than we know at present. As I said, just a thought.

I wouldn't be surprised if we were bought. We are ripe for picking right now. Could this be why lord M and co have gone? We have business and the technology but no management which must make us attractive to others. Just a thought.

I did say it was a guess for now Charles, yes we do need figures (which will not be great but there is income). The other thing to consider is that PWC did do their audit and none of the contracts were discovered to be false. That doesn't mean they generate income but also doesn't mean they don't exist.

You write some brilliant posts here .
But we just don’t know if the figures you are looking at are even close to the actuals .

This is why we need the real numbers of Q3/4 as we don’t know what parts of the business are still running or as you stated new ones started .
This company has always been poor at being on top of figures being released on time and it looks like this is not changed after all Harry and CO I am sure knew of these figures once the PWC investigation was finished for Q3 and Q4 must of been pretty much up to date .

I am just utterly confused about all the comments on here lately. So much guessing going on. We just need an update from BNN. This is what we have been lacking for some time now. Need to know trading results and projects in pipeline?Need to know whether this is going to trade again? I just cannot believe that this company is going to be shelled and shareholders going to lose all their money due to a tax liability of ex CEO!! It makes no sense at all.....

Mirabaud April 2016 report is way out of date and they issued an update in April 2017 which is the £33.4M figure for 2017, so forget the old report (and the update now as well). That forecast was based on 4 sectors of revenues based on current contracts and initiatives, these being Mobile Top-ups (including that “telco” deal), motorist fuel top-ups (which was in pilot phase in 2 regions the last we knew), advertising/Tmall site (these should really have generated revenues in Q4 2017) and Student recruitment services (should have launched in Q4 2017 but I would be fairly certain that slipped due to this whole episode).

So point is the forecast wasn’t made out of hot air and the China operation was working on all this before suspension. The question is what happened while the suspension occurred and all the Director issues/changes/losses with nobody really focusing on this business development. It’s been posted Q3 and Q4 have slipped, so FY 2017 more likely £12-15M is my take but really can only be a guess at best until real figures are issued.

As far as I can tell all these contracts and initiatives are still operating with BNNs transaction platform operating out of 3 data centres in China while DM is currently pursuing additional contracts for these services/initiatives. Just putting some perspective as to what is there today, it’s not just a number of a write down from the former lottery business and the china operation continues to support this business activity in-country.

In the mean time we wait to see what happens with BNN and Mark Hanson plans. I’m curious why there are positive snippets(2 sources) in such circumstances but find it hard to see BNN trading in March. Perhaps miracles can still happen otherwise it may well be a rebuild job, but wouldn’t call BNN a cash shell at all.

That is spot on and I was one of those jumping in and again as the price dropped as the news was dripped fed and still some new deals being announced I felt the stock could recover back to a £1 when 55-60p so went in again .

Let’s hear the position please BNN surely news of Q3 &4 is ready to announce .

The forecasts were made in a Mirabaud research report in April 2016, when the share price was 75p. 2017: revenue £85m, EBITDA £43m2018: revenue £188m, EBITDA £131mIf you recall, after April 2016 many more millions disappeared into China on various additional wonder projects, which were presumably to have added to these forecasts. On the basis of this, investors piled in to take the stock up to a price of £1.40As it started to became clear in early 2017 the whole thing was a load of porkies, Mirabeaux started slashing their forecasts, then there was a profit warning in the interims and then the CFO resigned. This really was a scandal, as has just become clear from the Brookfield report. It is unlikely there will be any EBITDA at all in 2018.

No of course there is a day to day business running here and we are told a huge employment in China for whatever reason .

However as time has moved on and a lot of dark grey news has emerged , it is difficult to work out what is true and what the real numbers are and what actually is left within the company .
And if we don’t hear within say 2-3 weeks from now the full story then things will have not got any better and the lights will turn off .

There is still a lot more to unravel here in my opinion but the Chairman does not have time on his side and I am feeling perhaps Harry has not done as much as some of us thought .
Leaving the question it’s high time is shareholders are given the truth of what & where we stand .

do you really think their is no business when the company is paying £175,000 salary to the Chinese director and after the company was audited only a few months ago on the company and its business.

I would assume the company has expanded to quickly to grow growth and wasn't expecting the share price to drop and the growth not to rise to its required amount.
But no body knows how BNN has done as no news has been released.
require results/news for the shareholders to understand where the company is.

Yes I agree this is at the position of show all the dirty washing NOW and see if it can move on .

A Nomad coming on board today will only take up responsibility from start date I am sure .

I am 80% they can get a Nomad if they really want one .

But a cash shell might be the Chairman’s route which is not good for us shareholders

I believe the Mirabaud forecast included revenues of £33.9m (and negative EBITDA of £3.2m) for FY17.

Either way - appears to have been based on hot air.

Anyone not already short will not have the opportunity to short if trading resumes, it will fall immediately (IMO), any shorter will not have the chance to trade, it will happen at the open.

And normally in such circumstances, it drops hard, becomes oversold, then bottom fishers wade in and buy for the bounce, if there is one.

So pointless going down that road, you should just accept that some people have an opposite opinion to yours, and you or they will be proved right in due course.

If you believe in this company, wait for the open, and jump straight in with a buy whenever you think the price is attractive to you, that way, if you are correct, shorters will have given you the opportunity to average down.

I sense more realism being posted here by people that at one time would not have heard a word against the company, and that's healthy IMO.

Let’s hope Friday has become the preferred day of RNS for BNN now.

It really needs to open up on where it stands as of today .

At least then the news is out in the market good or bad and it is before the trading starts again
