07/2/2018 16:11 | wla2510, Some fund managers make awful decisions, but using a scattergun approach hit some winners as well as losers. Most can't beat the index, yet are well rewarded and receive 'performance' bonuses! | andy
07/2/2018 15:46 | Papillon you may well be right but that all I’ve got as s Little information available! | wla2510
07/2/2018 15:40 | wla2510 7 Feb '18 - 13:14 - 9266 of 9271 0 0 0 The II’s saw enough to put in £25m at 80p a share so that is a good starting point IMHO. >>>>> And Neil Woodford bought even more Capita shares just days befoe the Capita share price plunged on the profit warning and proposed rights issue. He is also a big shareholder in RM2 where he has lost a fortune for his investors. I could name many other instances where II's have invested money only to see that investment plunge in value within a short period of time. Unfortunately institutional fund managers make lots of big mistakes; after all it's not their money they are investing. I think you are clutching at straws, wla2510 | papillon
07/2/2018 15:34 | LOL Not worth 0.0000001p let alone 30p | highasakite
07/2/2018 15:18 | I’m feeling generous anyone want my holding at 30p per share today 🤔😂 | charlesdarcy
07/2/2018 13:25 | Dream on You guys will be taken to the cleaners, with your otherwise unmarketable shares | sandcrab2
07/2/2018 13:20 | My expectation too ripplevale, RTO will be when BNN is a private company post AIM. | perfect choice
07/2/2018 13:16 | I would only lose £175k at 80p! Why so bearish though, this looked like £2/share not so long ago | wla2510
07/2/2018 13:14 | The II’s saw enough to put in £25m at 80p a share so that is a good starting point IMHO. | wla2510
07/2/2018 13:02 | I guess 51% would be enough for control What price would 51% of the shareholders accept ? Bearing in mind the company would probably be delisted by then | sandcrab2
07/2/2018 13:01 | Agree on delisting RNS this Friday | ripplevale
07/2/2018 13:00 | It would have to be guess work newbie, down to perceived value of BNN versus value of RTO company. Dilution of shares fully expected, but impacts on all including IIs. Just a question whether a 10:1 or 2:1 say, we'll just have to see what they agree assuming this rumour is actually what is happening. | perfect choice
07/2/2018 12:39 | I was privy to some info yesterday from the horses mouth. RNS 7am this Friday saying game over. | highasakite
07/2/2018 12:36 | I was also privy to this info (rumour if you prefer) 3 weeks ago. It all makes sense considering the lack of news etc. I for one would welcome a new management team and structure. If this happens would it be a "share for share" basis, any thoughts ? | newbie17
07/2/2018 11:19 | The RNS that states delisting you mean ? | highasakite
07/2/2018 11:12 | Perhaps someone could correct me but incl Mercer holding I think around 52% of the shares are held by institution ? | charlesdarcy
07/2/2018 11:07 | Newman . I am not sure but the company I had shares in 10 years ago but failed on a buyout and ended up a dead private company was looking at the time of around 25% of the share value when it was suspended . I am sure every situation is different but if there is any truth in it then don’t expect much more than 15p per share imo . Once 75% has been collected it is a done deal as much as I know . | charlesdarcy
07/2/2018 11:02 | buyout rumours ? LOL Are you guys for real ? | highasakite
07/2/2018 10:58 | If buyout rumour true, what does it actually mean for us shareholders? Do we get shares in company that has bought BNN or cash or combination? Cannot think total value of deal will be much above 42p...can you? | newmanontheblock
07/2/2018 10:54 | excuse my ignorance but my limited understanding of an RTO into a NY listed company gives existing shareholders no choice other than to accept pennies for their shares if the IIs can get to at least 75% of the votes, happy to be corrected. the 90% threshold would force a compulsory purchase but 75% achieves the same for all practical purposes i think. The IIs are then able to invest in the top company and DM will get what he always gets, a big pay day I expect. anyway given this is a right off id rather this than remain a shareholder in a private company. at least there is an exit. by the way westwales there are 300 employees in China, Ive been there. what they actually do is another question. | micktheknife
07/2/2018 10:43 | "Well done for at least stemming the shi-e coming from the usual quarters" When the delist RNS comes I think you will find my posts were spot on the moeny. | highasakite
