Quickly looking at previous cash burn then the Company could well be down to £7million now, so the problem of a new NOMAD is exaggerated as they also need a Placing IMO. It's hard to imagine any new II's committing to a (proposed)Placing in a suspended Company with questionable ex Directors (still employed)and as yet unanswered financial irregularity questions. So would existing II's be willing to invest/gamble more. It seems not. As any potential Broker (NOMAD)would in effect be unable to raise any more funds for the Company, then why become a Broker (NOMAD)?

It seems to me that the failure of the last 2 (non-exec) Chairmen to deal with the issues effectively has contributed to the expediated failure of the Company. Should not any Chairman have been Executive????

How do shareholders feel knowing the Chairman with hopes of saving the Company was in effect, part time?

There is still some hope though for the Company but reducing by the hour

I was merely pointing out there is still time, hardly a bearish comment, and I would have expected an announcement by now so they might be still trying to do something!

JK,

The RNS says "prior to the 9th", so I agree, it's not the end of the day yet, just because the market has closed does not mean they can't announce, or announce tomorrow at 7 am, IMO.

So they could well be working on something, and I guess if they're very close, it could still be tomorrow. I doubt AIM would be that harsh if they needed a few more hours.

I would have expected an announcement by the company today otherwise, if there was no hope why would they wait?
