There can't be many free float shares kicking around now. BRES shares seem to be in the hands of sticky holders

12.45pm the last three trades that went through on the Green (?)were all buys. One was mine. Sales would be around 5.3p. The market makers have a 7% spread.

The market will catch up as each hurdle is cleared.

Just a couple of weeks to wait for complete bulk sample testing results.

Interesting article around a large Chinese OEM taking a stake and 90% off take agreement with an Australian company who has a graphite mine in Tanzania. The Chinese company will also provide further financing and have taken a stake in the company: https://www.todayonline.com/world/australias-evolution-energy-signs-graphite-supply-deal-china-based-btr-2233736An RNS like this for BRES would surely see us close to the 100p mark. Maybe not too far off...

I'm not sure 100 million would buy BRES unless it happens in the next couple of months. Granted it's a big increase on the share price but as time goes by the value of Oram Cross drastically increases.
I'd take 40p today but not when the DFS is finalised.
Presumably if DFC part funds the DFS then the US may have a say too and the Chinese may not get the project on the cheap.

Firmly believe that this is the start of the buyout happening here. We are in the end game here and that's why I topped up twice yesterday. It will play out as follows. 1. BRES to meet with "large" Chinese interested parties. One of these parties will look to take out BRES in order to secure their graphite needs over the next 10-15 years2. This is crucial to do now given the pending chronic graphite shortage and that graphite prices haven't yet exploded, although will do at some point in the future 3. Acquisition will significantly enhance acquirers margins as they are able to purchase graphite at cost price rather than market price (saving around c. 800-1,000 US dollars per tonne)4. The acquirers will be given support from the Chinese government through subsidisation, with excess graphite to be used by other Chinese companies 5. The above is able to be done by purchasing BRES for less 100 million US dollars - equivalent to an share price of circa 40p, which would likely be approved ie 8 x the current market cap

#BRES Following distribution of concentrate samples to potential end users, several large downstream offtake groups requested meetings to discuss securing product from our Orom-Cross project. Photos taken in Shandong province, home of #graphite processing in China

I can't see BRES being around in a years time or if they are, will have a major partner to fund the whole project. Take out more likely though IMHO

No complaints from me, either, about how MR is methodically developing the Orom-Cross deposit. But what disappoints me is the totally lacklustre market reaction to all this, leaving me scratching my head. All I can think is that the big money still sees cash generation as being way, way into the future, 2025 just for production start up on a best case scenario. Yes, the grant award signature of the DFC will kickstart the whole process but before the processing plant is built in Uganda, some $65mn will need to be found. Yes, DFC is a likely debt provider, but around 25% equity will need to be pumped in as well, no doubt. Around £10mn at current cost levels. Will off take agreements be enough, without recourse to dilutive equity raises by Bres? Or will Bres simply not be around in a year's time?
