Suspension of Trading
Further to the Company's announcement of 12 October 2022, BiON (AIM: BiON) confirms that the Company will not complete a reverse takeover within the six-month period from becoming an AIM Rule 15 cash shell. Accordingly, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 7.30am on 20 October 2022. From the suspension date, BiON will have six months to complete an acquisition, or acquisitions, which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 otherwise admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
The Company will update its shareholders in due course.
