In a statement, SC said it had also secured a warrant of arrest against the company’s chief executive officer/group managing director Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah, who is currently at large.

Clarification on AIM suspensions:


"... when it comes to AIM, should the securities of any company be suspended for six months, the securities will be be cancelled from trading unless an extension has been granted"

Any actions Bion take must be voted for in a AGM

Also to comply with Law , Bion must submit Yearly accounts.
So the accounts we need are for year ending 2020 , Interim accounts for 2021 is not statuary.

Anyway Bion have 3 days to submit accounts

SC charges Serba Dinamik, executives for submitting false statement.


Clock is ticking here as my understanding is that under AIM rules if BION remained suspended for 6 months they will be kicked off the exchange around 1st April 2022

Green tech is the future. I don't see anything else coming close to it. If Bion was not accident prone this would be 6-8p. Having said that this still looks very cheap and if an update is made on the last fire to say operations are back to normal then we could see those levels.

29palms today we have a society that wants information now on company's , hence why i invest long term.
The CEO has passion and a clear vision of turning this company from services to a provider of green energy.
Debt they are owed is slowly been returned for assets and reading the RNS more are to come.
We know turnover was above 300% compared to 2019 what we do not know is profit.

A compelling reason why some people should steer clear of investing.

That "Sell" this morning of 10,431 @ 2.131p was purchased for 2.78p @ 16:07 on 5th August.... so held for 1 trading day!!!

have to laugh at Johnwise posting that climate change not happening , in order to ramp the price down.
Got to be the best of the worst to try and not invest in Bion.

The reason why share price is great in difference no volume of shares are available to buy and tightly held.
