AS one of the largest producers of palm oil in the world, it is a wonder that Malaysia isn’t the leading producer of biomass and biogas in the region. Instead, a large amount of the solid and liquid waste ends up unused, absorbing oxygen from the atmosphere when it breaks down while releasing the greenhouse gas methane.
There is a huge market for biogas in malaysia.
25% of all energy expected to be from renewable sources by 2025.
Untapped. Bion maybe in the right place.
