All I can say is . . . . only a fool would expect any organisation to meet a potential partner at a convention and expect them to leave the week long convention with signed contract.

Contracts take time, and as JD has pointed out. Future notices will be of the form containing both advertising as well as multiple game contracts as you can't have one without the other.

Role on Q4 where the contacts are expected to start rolling out.

LSE Market Status

Advancing 259 14%
Declining 914 49%

Unchanged 677 37%

Ah, so again referring to the post with the very selective information ....not just AIM companies but the whole of the LSE stock market showed 49% declining!

I think we held up well here in a difficult day for the stock market!

Well done BIDS!

Bring us the news!

The tight range shown in the last little while, shows me,anyway, that people are firm holders.

News would be great!

I think the main concern we have at the moment is the wider stock market and whether that holds up.
Trump China and so on.

However if Bidstack proves a winner then I would expect it to be valued accordingly.

Time will tell.

a BREAKDOWN OF PART OF A POST FROM ABOVE 5906.

'Esports/Egaming is a highly competitive and fast moving industry. Money is poured into early starters because nobody knows who is going to be the big winner(s) Bidstack's failure to sign company changing contracts at E3 2019 convinces me it is not making the traction that early investors had hoped for.'

I BELIEVE ...
'
Esports/Egaming is a highly competitive and fast moving industry. Money is poured into early starters because nobody knows who is going to be the big winner(s)'

TRUE and you don't know and I don't know whether Bidstack might not be one of those big winners ,it still could be and has many of the signs of being successful

....being associated with the right people, being initially responsible for the concept;having first-mover advantage, knowing the pitfalls and guarding against them.

your NEXT words....
'Bidstack's's failure to sign company changing contracts at E3 2019 convinces me it is not making the traction that early investors had hoped for.'
How do you know that contracts are not pending???

Facts from announcement ....

' FM19, the sixth version of Football Manager, launched on 2 November 2018. Bidstack conducted Beta trials in FM19 for around 20 advertising partners, including Talk Talk, AEG, Hofmeister, Converse, ESPN and Penguin Random House, with the Company restricting the number of brands seeking to participate in the beta trials.

Bidstack signed an exclusive dynamic, digital advertising agreement with Codemasters in December 2018 for two games including DiRT Rally 2. The Company is in discussions with several other leading games developers and publishers regarding exclusive partnerships and will provide further updates as and when appropriate.

The Company continues to strengthen its sales team and has placed digital advertising for a number of global brands including 188 Bet, BooHoo Man, Audi, MG Motors and Volkswagen. '

Look at those names!
Finally

'James Draper, CEO, said, "We have made good progress against our stated objectives since coming to the market in September 2018. The funds raised have been put to use primarily on expanding our sales team and refining our technology and the Company has successfully transitioned from proof of concept to revenue generation through the platform. Bidstack is now serving digital dynamic advertising into games across different continents, proving that the platform can scale globally."

Since then the company is working hard and it is my estimation that they cannot say too much at this time.

IMO DYOR

moneygenxyz - "Everything on my watch list is red today."

If your watch list consists of AIM and micro-cap stocks then on any given day the majority will be red even when the market is up. The listings of these companies exist solely to fleece retail shareholders irrespective of how well or poorly the companies are performing.

I did warn you all not be fooled by the Pubguard acquisition. If you want to know where all the selling came from re-read this.

"Each of Justin Wenczka, Chris Damski, Dan Hapgood and Andrew Stevens have agreed not to sell any of their Consideration Shares for twelve months following completion save in certain limited circumstances and for the following twelve months to sell their shares only through a broker nominated by the Company. Mercia has agreed not to sell any of its funds' Consideration Shares for six months following completion save in certain limited circumstances"

Let me tell you what the 'certain limited circumstances' are. Its the shares falling below 34.5p. You see the amount of shares issued for Pubguard (865K) is well under the notifying 3% threshold which means the company does not have to disclose any sales from the parties concerned.

I see people here are ranting on about the Chinajoy conference. Bidstack attended E3 2019 USA the largest esports/gaming conference in the world. To the best of my knowledge not a single contract was signed from this event yet people seem to think they'll come back with a bundle of contracts from China whilst the US has tariffs in place that effects gaming consoles that are assembled in China.

Esports/Egaming is a highly competitive and fast moving industry. Money is poured into early starters because nobody knows who is going to be the big winner(s) Bidstack's failure to sign company changing contracts at E3 2019 convinces me it is not making the traction that early investors had hoped for. This company cannot justify its £75 million listing valuation just yet. If you intend to hold into the September 2019 interims then you need to be careful because the stock will continue to drift until then.

'5G has a profound effect on VR/AR games

In addition to the traditional game industry, VR/AR industry also benefits from 5G. VR is considered as the next generation computing platform, and its technology mainly includes simulation environment, perception, natural skills, sensing devices, etc. Compared with mobile game and client game, VR experience fully simulates the environment and has clear advantages in creating “immersionR21;. In the virtual world, VR breaks the concept of “screen” in traditional games and makes the “inch of land” on the palm infinitely large, so that players feel they are in the game.'
