24/7/2019 10:08 | fudgerella21, we are only 1/4 of the way through Q3, and although news is definitely expected, it is Q4 that it is suggested will be the richest for news. | ![]() stoaty1
24/7/2019 10:02 | Turn it in fudge. Constant whining that news haven't been delivered. Really think BIDS is working to their own time line and not yours. Q3 is three months long and not even our first month yet. You expect to be made a millionaire overnight!! | ![]() girdz
24/7/2019 08:56 | In the last podcast JD said he expects to release a whole bunch of news in Q3 so we must be getting very close. | ![]() parob
24/7/2019 08:51 | I really do feel its a shame we have not had an update by now. All the talk from JD prior to E3, really got everone over excited, and he was dropping heavy hints at news. Really shouldn't be allowed to do that, if the news wasn't ready! | ![]() fudgerella21
24/7/2019 08:35 | People are all wondering either when to add to their stash,or when to get back in! | ![]() hazl
24/7/2019 08:33 | Of course the fact that posters are enquiring about us and the figures, suggest to me, that they are interested and a gain of share-price is getting nigh.... | ![]() hazl

23/7/2019 20:21 | Yep a great write write up and comments from JD, Simon Gosling and Rob Dembitz. Here's the copy:Bidstack Appoints Dembitz as New Chief Commercial Officer and Announces Gosling as Chief Marketing OfficerJuly 23, 2019Bidstack Group (LSE:BIDS), the native in-game advertising platform, announced two new hires with Rob Dembitz appointed as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Simon Gosling named as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).Gosling joins Bidstack as CMO, bringing with him more than 25 years' experience of working at some of the most recognised companies in advertising. New technologies, such as 5G and cloud-based gaming, are set to increase the already huge global gaming audience (2.5 billion) exponentially. Bidstack possesses a tremendous vision for the future and I am excited to be part of a team where so much innovation is taking place."Rob Dembitz joins Bidstack as CCO, having spent the past decade in private equity backed media businesses, including EMI and Cannes Lions, where as Global Head of Innovation he launched three new businesses in three years Lions Health, Lions Innovation, and Lions Entertainment. He has an MBA from London Business School and is a frequent speaker at media and marketing events around the world. An expert in business planning and development, he will aid Bidstack in creating clear commercial strategies to further position them as the leading in-game advertising group.Rob Dembitz said of his new role: "I'm excited to be joining a company which is thinking years ahead in terms of digital advertising and is devoted to reaching a rich, growing audience across the gaming ecosystem, enabling brands to unlock a channel that has been hitherto inaccessible."Commen | ![]() parob

23/7/2019 19:30 | Thanks homebrew,I think we're both agreed there is no near term need for a placing, especially factoring in the step change in revenue forecast in Q4. | ![]() mcfly79
23/7/2019 19:11 | Thanks McFly, I think we're broadly on the same page. I've changed the references to 'cashburn' in my post to 'expenses' (costs) as that's what I meant and to avoid any confusion. | ![]() homebrewruss
23/7/2019 18:50 | My take on cash flows in H1: As at 31 Dec 2018 cash was £2.1m After the £5m placing completed on 14 May we were told cash was ‘in excess of £6m’. There would have been placing costs of perhaps £0.2m. Therefore cash burn in the first 4.5 month of 2019 was under £0.9m, or under £2.5m annualised. I’d think cash at 30 June 2019 would be in excess of £5.5m. | ![]() mcfly79

23/7/2019 14:14 | Wow,missed all the action,SG I get where you are coming from but this is disruptive technology still in its infancy because it still does not have a large order book. VRS started in pennies went around the £2.00 mark before shorters started shooting it down I went go into the details. Completion can pop around without any notice so I hope they are proactive. The black cab fraternity thought they were invincible until they got the wake up call from Uber and now Uber is listed still has not turned a profit and the whole valuation is subjective. I think Draper is pretty much switched on and the team he has behind him are pros who are not here to ruin their careers. Also I bought to your attention when it was between 10-15p and you were sceptical of fund managers then. It was Killik who was selling the shares probably on behalf of a client. | ![]() snoopy12
23/7/2019 12:53 | I mean think about YouTube revenues. I don’t think we are fully valuing the opportunity here. If that is the case, and BIDS are part of the chosen few... I never saw Google getting an ROI for YouTube in 2008. How wrong was I... | ![]() moneygenxyz

23/7/2019 12:17 | Again you could have researched quietly but instead, you knock the clear experts here, who have followed this company through every twist and turn. The negativity really isn't needed UNLESS you unearth anything that WE haven't found. Doubtful in my book. | ![]() hazl
23/7/2019 12:08 | To the sensible folk. Any idea re likely cash burn this H1, results should be due the end of September. Salaries for 2018 were something like £720k, but staff have multiplied now and that trend is continuing. What the feel for the amount of cash needed next time £5 mill to £10 mill (finger in the air) more???? | ![]() superg1
23/7/2019 12:02 | Seem to be some decent-sized trades earlier taking advantage of the dip. | ![]() hazl |
