22/7/2019 08:25 | Programmatic AdvertisingAt the end of February 2019 Bidstack hit a milestone when it went live with its first full integration with a demand side platform ("DSP"), Avocet Systems Limited ("Avocet"). Following this achievement Bidstack's advertising inventory can be made available to buy programmatically on a DSP. A DSP allows buyers of digital advertising space to buy advertising using multiple advertising exchange and data exchange accounts through a single interface.Being integrated with a DSP enables Bidstack to take bids direct and control the pricing of its advertising space. Avocet and other DSPs enable advertisers, either direct or via an agency, to target advertising inventory that fits their campaign demographics, based on age, gender, location etc. and allows the media buyer to trade and optimise campaigns, with real-time reporting. This is/was the first time inventory of this type has been available on a DSP platform. | ![]() affc21

22/7/2019 08:13 | good morning SuperG, my first mental response to your post was as others, you couldn't have read enough, but happy to give you a summary ; we've all seen ads in games and historically these were built into the game and fixed, if you bought the game on a cartridge, disk, etc it stayed the same. As we move to online games and streaming then we get annoying pop up ads and banners. Bidstack is doing two things that we think are unique - the ads you see ion games are now changeable, so a company can buy time/space inside the game to look more realistic, the gamers dont get pop ups and they see the ad as part of the background as in real life. recent studies and tests have also shown the ads are seen for longer too. Thats great on its own but the killer part is that the ads can be tuned to players/regions time of day etc so they can be targeted. now bidstack have lined up everything and we are awaiting to get to the big news. if you have found this share you should be buying it. hope that helps. | global nomad
22/7/2019 08:12 | Hi superg,Targeted advertising is big, even before Bidstack came along. The Trade Desk do it using a variety of different inventory platforms to suite their targeting. What Bidstack is doing is taking that technology in in-game, natively, programmatically.Goo | ![]() affc21

22/7/2019 07:38 | What others do that? | ![]() moneygenxyz
22/7/2019 07:35 | The website has very limit info and is often poetic in descriptions with little real explanation. I'm just trying to get an understanding of what the crack is on Bids. So what is the difference between Rapidfire and others putting ads into gaming. | ![]() superg1
22/7/2019 07:26 | Ok so everyone knows on here do they. Anyone with the decency to explain it. Ads added into in game, no intrusive EG flags in car games, advertising on hoardings in football and on shirts. Others do that, so what is different. The Bids video to watch is a bit of a mystery. | ![]() superg1

22/7/2019 07:18 | What's the advantage here then. I've started to read up but it's not clear what is the big difference between Bids and current existing in-game advertising. | ![]() superg1
