22/7/2019 15:54 | 'Speaking of the announcement, Fuchs said: “We’re extremely excited to be collaborating with Bidstack, they have a really good understanding of the gaming space and strong relationships with leading brands. “Currently, NFG esports are one of the biggest – if not the biggest – eFootball teams in the world, so we definitely feel there is potential for us to build strong and successful partnerships with global brands.” Bidstack have worked with the likes of Football Manager, Soccer Manager and DiRT Rally 2.0, producing in-game pitchside advertising. In 2018, they hosted one of the first Football Manager esport events which featured a £20,000 prize-pool. FROM ABOVE | ![]() hazl

22/7/2019 15:21 | It is actually very easy to cause doubt. I know because I did it by accident once! I was genuinely interested in a share that had gone up and up. I asked a question, researched and just commented that it wasn't for me as it had a PE ratio that was too high, in my opinion and just literally said that. The share absolutely dived. I don't short but I think it's easier to do than pick a real winner. | ![]() hazl

22/7/2019 15:14 | Balanced, yes, but feeding into the P word which is what they want! I think we are mostly expecting, a raft of good news in the not so distant future, which I expect to propel the share price forward. In the mean-time I expect it to be treading water. I am going to try to enjoy the journey! I'd hate to be on the side lines just waiting and wondering, but that's just me,everybody's different. | ![]() hazl

22/7/2019 15:07 | Lets get this into context. Out of the 12 or so hires they have made recently, approx 50% are non executive on refreshers, say £50k pa each + share options(costs nothing from cashflow) and the other full time, £120,00 pa + performance bonus and share options. So maybe a fixed cost of between £90-100K per month. On top of that they have recruited other managerial people and programmers, at £75K + options X 10. So employment cost will be on those 22 £1.9m per annum. I imagine they are turning over 3-400K a month minimum, and have £5m in the bank. I cant see that they will need a raise this side of Christmas, maybe longer, unless the share price rise quickly from here and they think why not. Hopefully a balanced view , neither too positive, or negative! | ![]() stoaty1

22/7/2019 14:52 | I think it has a tight range at the moment as can be seen in the chart, below a certain level you see buyers, above that and some people quit. It is fairly constant it seems to me which shows quite a few long-term shareholders that won't budge! IMO | ![]() hazl
22/7/2019 14:49 | Hmm...seem to be a lot of people keen to get in more cheaply in my opinion. Amusing really. A bit like Br'er Rabbit and 'don't throw me in the briar-patch! Won't be long before people will be adding in anticipation of that good Q4...that's perhaps why a few comments like this are popping up,in my opinion. | ![]() hazl
22/7/2019 14:41 | They need to do a lot more to be saleable at the £3 level....... That would be a valuation way past £700m..... Not happening. | ![]() roleybirkin
22/7/2019 14:30 | I see a sale around Q2 next year at the £3 level. We shall see. | ![]() flashheart
22/7/2019 14:27 | Superg1 - first off i tend to agree with you - Cash could be running down quickly and I do wonder how many senior hires you really need? I have raised the need for a further cash call a couple of times. The key will be how much cash is being generated and the 1st half numbers will give us an idea. I see a raise end Sept/early Q4 at the 25p level..... We shall see. | ![]() roleybirkin
22/7/2019 12:05 | SG I will wait and decide.Same could be said about any share and even for that matter VRS. NR could sell another chunk once it goes past £1.40 and we only get to find out later or for that matter he may want to offer more shares in his quest for acceleration. I don't know and neither you so let us agree to disagree. | ![]() snoopy12
22/7/2019 11:54 | Worth pointing out that the share option package depends on when they were granted. For example:-10th April 2019.....As part of his package, the Company intends to grant Mr Hayes options over 1 million shares exercisable, in respect of 70% of such options, at 14.43 pence per share and, in respect of the remaining 30% at 20 pence per share. Mr Hayes does not have any other interest in the issued share capital of Bidstacks 2nd July 2019.....As part of his package, the Company intends to grant Mr Wise options over 1 million shares exercisable, in respect of 70% of such options, at 31.75 pence per share and, in respect of the remaining 30% at 50 pence per share. Mr Wise does not have any other interest in the issued share capital of Bidstack | stevoc1964

22/7/2019 11:33 | I know JD has previously talked about the 'Watch an ad for x number of lives' model. Assuming this is some sort of test as it seems to leverage that. Found it via Google | ![]() ra23
22/7/2019 11:30 | RA23, good find. How did you find the site? The 'Infinite Maze' game is also on Android. Not quite clear to me what it's for yet. There is no free option so perhaps it's just just a new revenue stream - LOL The game is pretty basic so I wonder if it's just been uploaded for some internal testing of the proces or something else? | ![]() homebrewruss
22/7/2019 11:26 | I don't really understand why some are paying lip service to superg1---the clue to his nature is in the name. There are bulls and bears, but no matter what anyone says, this company will be a great success IF it meets it promised potential, or a failure if it doesn't . It is really as simple as that. You pays your money and takes your choice. | ![]() stoaty1
22/7/2019 11:26 | First up snoopy for me is the next fund raise. It's had a good run to 10 times what they paid for it in under a year. It is a work in progress of course. In Vox podcast they talk of big hitters bringing them on board, tech staff for data upgrades and so on, so much of the recent fund raise is going on salaries. It could continue up but nomads work to get discount for mates when the time comes. Share options look interesting if you can get them. EG one has 4.8 mill at 1.4p, 7.5 mill at 6p and so on. | ![]() superg1

22/7/2019 11:23 | I used to get muddled between glasshalfull...who I really rate... and the poster above who I don't really know. But its always good to have new contributors. Have you found any lies here yet? | ![]() hazl
22/7/2019 11:15 | has the bidstack logo on the Internet tab. "coming soon". They have also published an app to the Apple App store called "Infinite Maze". Game doesn't look unique or revolutionary so assuming its some way to showcase their technology. Will check it out. | ![]() ra23
22/7/2019 10:47 | SG I am glad you appreciate the community here. You know better then most that AIM is a casino. No amount of due dilligence can at times vindicate of one's mistake .I am not a great fan of twitter but it seems it's the cheapest and best form of advertising. NR uses it extensively it may be to engage with the shareholders but at the same time he is getting the message beyond the shareholders. If I trust my Karma my next life should be that of a fly to see what actually is happening. | ![]() snoopy12
22/7/2019 10:41 | Money Sadly most things I like the look of end up with a Whooooahh don't touch end result. None of those (dozens of them) have ever done any good. Some did catch a few PIs out though and yes I did warn them, they lost a lot of money. I privately told one as he made contact via DM, he asked me for the info, I started to share it, then he hit me with a legal threat about posting. I gave him access to a world expert on the ground to confirm it. I left him to it. SP collapsed, it turned out he was 3% holder and he sold post the news I warned him about. He never did apologise, tried to help him, got a threat and no apology. AIM is full of fraud, it's a minefield, Those up to fraud will hide any negative with all they can and pump like Fk. I don't short BTW, if a did I'd have made a lot of money doing that on shares I found with fraud. I did have a go once on IG when I though M and S sales would be hit, city news said they would, I made about £100 lol. That was my shorting career over. Not for me shorting, digging out lies is. | ![]() superg1 |
