despite the fall in revenue, and change in direction, the company remains cash flow positive and has net cash of several £3m. The state of the co. is not that bad - hence the rise since results.

After what I heard today all I can say is it has to someone thinking about a bid. The general state of the company is not good.

Well whats the crack with this then?? and why no RNS from the company stating they know no reason for the rise in the s/p???? Something very strange here and it STINKS!!!!!.....

Well done those who invested - I saw these moving in Nov at the same time as Corac and er stayed with Corac. I'm sure there is an inverse correlation between the number of people on these bulletin boards versus the actual share price ie the less people the better the performance.

Had this on the watchlist last week, and finally bought a smallish stake on Friday. Agree - a very quiet rise.

Definitely moving in the right direction these days, I wonder why the company has not come out with a statement say they have no idea why the share price is rising.

I suspect the reason for the recent steady rise in the share price is in anticipation of developments relating to these comments contained in the 13/12/11 Update.

"As mentioned in our recent trading update, the Group is currently working with an experienced retail player to establish a new energy supplier that will enter the market at scale. I am pleased to report that we are making good progress in these discussions and I hope to be able to provide further details about this transaction early in the New Year. Our relationship with Samsung C&T is also valuable to this initiative as it will help to provide the new entrant with a fully funded solution for the installation of smart meters across its portfolio of customers. We are also continuing to move this initiative forward and again should be in a position to update shareholders on the structure and nature of this deal in the New Year."

Intersting action, large seller has either been cleared or reomved their order so currently no supply.

Maybe some yet to be released news out there.

I see profit after Tax is down, not much, just about breaking even, just wonder what remuneration packages the BOD have plus any bonuses for a flat year, they always seem to have there noses in the trough. share price perked up a bit, market not that impressed by results and forward growth prospects.

They will just sub them out and take a nice profit. Can't see them taking on their own installers.
