I have 1000 shares in BGBL kept from a part profit from a shot term trade. IMO base on the facts
99% revenue increase last finals,
Acquisition of Utiligroup completed June 2010,
The Group was profitable and cash generative in the six months ended 30 September 2010
& that the share placing for Utiligroup was at 38p anything under is cheap.

I am waiting for these to drop back before the results in July to 28 hopefully or 30p to get back in?

Any opinions?

If thats true will not do B Global any good at all will ferret around all be it at the bottom level.

Numbers on the wall down I'm not talking regional but national.

Only a view from someone at the bottom but someone I respect. The management is made up from ex meter fitters. Maybe good meter fitters but with no idea of logistics or how to manage. They need to change this if they are to move up and play with the big boys.

I think you are right Takeatip, I'd hold on to your shares, it was only six months ago that this company couldn't keep up with demand and they have secured other contracts since and included a Samsung MOU to boot. They seem to be an impressive outfit with a complete end to end solution although, two recent requests to their investor centre have not solicited a response, which is always very disappointing and a real confidence killer (take note BGlobal!).

I'm not entirely sure that regional meter installers are the best company personnel to talk to with regards how they are doing Nationally or through Utilisoft here and Internationally. Sounds like they have given you a heads up on a lull in their region though.

Has that been put back a year must admit dont fully understand all the tecnical stuff. Seems like standards etc are to be agreed but meters are going in now. Will this slow down activity and maybe the reason numbers of installs are falling. I have one in my unit think N Power put it in. The fitter was saying tht the whole industry is in a mess and has no idea what way to turn. He did say a load of installers have been laid off of late. Maybe one to sell and keep on the radar only have a small stake but on my radar for the future.

Yes a new metering system with Samsung is good and would look good in the sales pitch for new business.

But, the meters on the wall are the most important figure of all. These generate the money year after year.

Dont know how important it is but next set of figures for meters on the wall will be below expectations. In the long term not important but short term who knows.

Re the MoU earlier this week, i wonder if Samsung intend to take a stake in BGBL,maybe 10% as a goodwill gesture.
