Thanks for the correction Longshanks . There has been very little in the way of med to large transactions today . Is this being set up for a Placing ?

Oh well at least you answered one the questions that I sent with some comments through the BGBL web site . :-)

It was BG that said they planned to have an additional 100,000 installations by end of 2010 - not BGBL.

BG work with other smart meter providers (presumably) of which BGBL is just one.

Seems to be a bit of a hit on many AIM tech stocks today - has some investment house gone bust?

That value has a long ways to go for some to make up 31% worth or less of losses .

They said they were going to do an additional 100,000 installations by the end of 2010 at the beginning of Feb. and then turn around and announce they had done 5000 for March . When are they expecting to make up the numbers ?

Value will out, if value is there.

I'm afraid they have been busy on the Plus Market as well ....... It's the number of nickle and dime transactions that surprises me ???

I think the company will have to post something more substantial to catch the markets eye again ......

A very recent 31% drop from its peak won't have the punters running back to it .

This is going to be a great buy and I'm watching closely.

All the sales that have been generated have to convert into positive numbers and that is all we are waiting for.

An interesting concept . Is this part of the BGBL contract and if it is will they share the expense ?

"Free smart meters on businesses using less than 12,500kwh per annum and less than 15 sites."

I would also like to point out that the RNS on this contract was released after the certification of the Smart1 on March 19th . It took them awhile to tell us .

20 Apr 2010 - Bglobal impress at Sustainability Live Event Birmingham, UK. 22nd April, 2010: Hundreds of customers, partners and potential new customers were able to meet with Bglobal Metering's team of experts at the UK's premier utility and technology event SustainabilityLive! and NEMEX this week. Bglobal's bicycle-themed stand gave visitors the opportunity to use their muscles and generate power which was measured by Bglobal's revolutionary new Smart1 meter. There was a steady stream of people willing to see how fast they could go and how much power they could produce in 40 seconds – the winner generating a staggering 1004watts!

As the UK market leader for smart metering services (and by having one of the tallest stands at the show) it was little surprise that Bglobal commanded strong attention from show participants. Bglobal's Sales Director Jon Turner commented "The event has been a great success, and we have really enjoyed the opportunity to talk with current customers as well as meet with many new potential customers and partners. It's clear that people share our vision of making energy count. Carbon Reduction and Sustainability agendas are driving businesses all over the UK to seek out a smart metering partner and we have been happy to offer our experience and perspective to so many people and businesses this week. It has been a great couple of days in the midst of a very exciting period for our business."

Not at all Silax though it looks like they could do with some more engineers for installations. Even more if/when they do a contract for the Smart1 in the UK households......:-)

"Micro-generation is something of a "cottage industry" for now, but Bglobal believes that one day most homes and businesses will be generating their own electricity. Smart meters are a big part of that future story and Bglobal has the expertise to make it happen.

If you are generating electricity or are considering implementing micro-generation then you should talk to us today about having a Bglobal Import-Export smart meter installed."
