Looks like price weakening here, if it breaks through £30, no support in the chart until £25.

He can't be short surely. Anyone with a short interest would at least try to present their case rather than throwing out random statements.

Hmmmm wise words... But I feel I should stick with it and will keep investing at these lower levels .... I think.... Nothing is ever certain in this life is it.... But thank you for your reply.

It depends on sector, as many small caps on AIM are oil and gas stocks and I am well out of anything commodity or mining related now.

Thanks RCT.... Must admit I don't own any small caps, having been burned whilst being greedy, and thinking I was clever... which I wasn't!... I hold FRES, HOC, FXPO, and KAZ but really might be waiting a while with these. Whilst I've been doing that.... I thought maybe id be better looking for some nice divideds and diversifying... I'm in no hurry... Looking five to ten years ahead before I might want to use the proceeds...

NPP, sorry only just saw your question.

I hold GSK (bought recently at £13) and KCOM (held for ages from 80p). Other than that I own various investment trusts that pay good yields and two small cap shares, Sprue Aegis and Zytronic.

I have a watch on PHNX, which I held in the past, I am hoping it will dip below £8.

RCT just as a matter of interest, where are you now if you're out of this sector?

the time to buy was when Saad had to sell their holding to raise money. they struggled to offload at £7.15 back in 2009. for holders this was a nervous time.

I did very well here £25 to £35 in no time with the dividends as well.

I am out of the sector completely now. I just think that the glory days of great growth from the 2008 lows have now gone.

Mine is 42.87% excluding divs and likely circa 30% if figure is annualised over the term.
Portfolio stategy is 7.5% p.a to justify risk and target of 10%, so yes I am very happy too.

My total return (capital plus divi) on BKG is currently 42% so I am more than happy.

Dividend is 180p so yield is around 5.6% as you say. I got my number of 4.6% as prospective yield from Stockopedia. Looks wrong. Sorry about that.

Yield is 5.64%

Risk is as discussed above to do with land values.

Yield is now a solid 4.6% with very little risk given balance sheet and forward visibility.

Stockrank 99 on Stockopedia.

Have a large holding but tempted to buy in again at this price.
