19/3/2015 19:01 | Yes, owenski, nice looking inverted "head and shoulders" now broken above the neckline; could herald a significant move upwards. Anyway, am holder for yield, so don't care either way. | sogoesit
19/3/2015 09:50 | IMS tomorrow. | philo124
06/3/2015 00:54 | Meanwhile back at the ranch, the share price seems to moving in a perfect upward channel since 21st of Jan. I hope I haven't jinxed it!! | gargleblaster
03/3/2015 06:57 | Looks a bit like an IHS playing out on that chart since Feb 14 | owenski
25/2/2015 07:28 | Should get a boost from the Barratt results today. | rcturner2
24/2/2015 07:54 | me too as I upped my investment yesterday | silverfern
23/2/2015 22:08 | Significant move today imv since the share price gapped-up and took out the intermediate highs of both August and December. Onward and upward to a new high at £28? | gargleblaster
23/2/2015 16:41 | Good close. Bovis reported today. | philo124
23/2/2015 16:38 | Looking Good ! | chinese investor
17/2/2015 11:45 | Well said firtasia and owenski | rsharman
14/2/2015 19:35 | owenski - true words indeed! | gargleblaster
13/2/2015 10:40 | Anyone on the ground in the SE knows what the state of the market is! By us there is a current development planned and I am about the only person in a 5 mile radius who is in favour of the houses. So many nimbys in the SE. | rcturner2
13/2/2015 10:37 | Just read the Q3 update from QED, no interest in QED, but just a small statement from the house building part of their portfolio:- "a significant imbalance persists between supply and demand" they are doing well on that part of their business, as indeed are house builders in general. I found 'Jefferies' report at odds with the reality of the current market drivers especially London SE focused. Most so called 'professional reports' aren't worth the trouble of reading. IMV Also, in the current zero return on savings market with interest rates likely to be at low levels - even if a move up starts - for likely some years yet, stocks offering 7% income returns are hardly likely to fall much, especially if the underlying business is doing well. IMO | owenski
13/2/2015 10:03 | I feel about this big |__| right now. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be ... damn. | citymohawk
13/2/2015 09:32 | Yep, it's a funny old game. | philo124
13/2/2015 09:18 | So much for shorters lol, powering ahead. Great company, great returns here. | rcturner2
11/2/2015 08:53 | Hardly a large short compared with other co's. | redips2
09/2/2015 15:53 | I agree firtashia. That is my strategy too. And sooner or later they will have to buy back the short. Let's hope it hurts. | barnesian
09/2/2015 15:31 | Bought this for income so let the shorters get on with it, I'll just buy some more. Plain stupid to short a quality business which is doing well; I'll take advantage of that stupidity. | firtashia
09/2/2015 11:04 | Couldn't agree with you more gargle. However, I did close this morning at a profit not worth mentioning. Business is business, but these sods will come in and destroy the price as they do. Let's hope pidgers has a plan to screw these guys as did VW & Porsche ;) | citymohawk
09/2/2015 08:45 | Never a good sign, but only a 0.55% short position that Odey A.M. has on from what I can see. That is not a big position and not enough of a reason to close out my position, bearing in mind that these hedge funds are frequently wrong. Dyor etc. | gargleblaster
09/2/2015 08:13 | Sadly, I'm not sure I like the fact that BKG is prime target for Hedge fund shorts. | citymohawk
26/1/2015 21:17 | He eats with his mouth open, appalling table manners ;-) | owenski
23/1/2015 16:04 | Here is the culprit | citymohawk |
