all set fair for a go at 700 tomorrow then providing nothing stupid happens overnight...............just 7 trading days left till interims.............

yep............just knew there were plenty of lurkers........just waiting for a momentum change..............don't forget there were large drop days, so we're due a few large rise days too.................

6mms now 700+...............and rising...................

well there's just ALTI in the 680's now mr.............the rest are 690+..........KBC, +KBC, EVO and +JPJN are 700+ now............

orderbook is 12k to the positive...........

92k v 80k total buys to sells.............I guess we can ignore those 50k orders at 500 and 800 for now.............

you now long for the ride up the drjudy???????????

pity i only got £60 @ 662.2 sep first thing... soon gobbles 8k up, still there will be more oppos along the way.
see if it dips a bit when every ones at lunch...

Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- European and Asian stocks gained and U.S. index futures climbed on speculation the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates to ease a credit crunch and sustain economic growth.

Societe Generale SA and Man Group Plc led financial shares higher in Europe. BHP Billiton Ltd. rallied after the world's biggest mining company posted record full-year profit. Memory- chip maker Elpida Memory Inc. and steelmaker Posco paced gains in Asia. Intel Corp. and Alcoa Inc. of the U.S. advanced in Germany.

Morgan Stanley Capital International's World Index added 0.3 percent to 1,518.17, while Standard & Poor's 500 Index futures increased 9.7 to 1,460.0 at 10:40 a.m. in London. The MSCI World is headed for a fourth day of gains, the longest winning streak in almost two months, after the Fed reduced its discount rate last week.

``The idea is not only will the Fed lower rates, but will it lower them more than expected,'' said Jacques-Antoine Bretteil, who manages about $405 million at International Capital Gestion in Paris. ``For stocks, this is the only way to break out of the crisis. It's a good remedy, an electroshock.''

yep...........sure is...........momentum is defo with the buyers now...........only 2 mms on 680, got 4 now 690+..............

and to think these are still lower than 2006 earnings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

looks like the Fed may reduce rates...........hence the market rise today............some restbite.................

just 2 mms on 668............the rest 670 and above.............

86k v 80k total buys to sells...........mid you there's 50k buy order at 500p and 50k sell order at 800p messing that up a little...........but strength.........and it's busy here today so I assume some buying / topping up going on................

and we have Capita, Logica, SAP up too.................good spot there with Capita's win there............
