yes 6.30 was a turning point dont know if any numbers were released then....all confidence seems lost at present....a shorters dream if you have the bottle....
will be some spectacular gains when this all clears up....

interesting interview with steven pope just been on doomberg....

morning all..............all was well until the last hour stateside.......banks and financials got sold off again....well another bumpy day in store then............

what was ammusing on doomberg (yes honest) last night was some chap saying about how the rational has gone and he's so far amassed $5bn in something and was very very comfortable...........one of his quotes was something like 'well this must be the right thing to do if all those lemmings are heading for a cliff'.............and then laughed..........obviously he's very happy with this........

but the theme from all the analysts they were talking to was just wait for common sense to return...........

well today finished up much better than it was looking..............backup above 700 and I think your right there sm about a buyer(s) in the wings....the orderbook was very strong during afterhours..............

fingers crossed for the US to behave then............

morning all.............bread and butter this market to the likes of JPM and Merrill Lynch etc..............they've noted which stocks are fundamentally sound.........

could be a bumpy day today, but we did take a hit late in the day yesterday and support after hours so hopefully not too much spillover today..............keep an eye out for further non subprime releated stocks........(oh and toys).............

well good economic news from the states..............off set by walmart.......but overall they're saying the economy is good..........with global growth keeping demand up for US stuff.............
