21/2/2008 01:08 | That was a lot of shares to sell (Richard Longdon CEO) and the price hasn't really moved. Did he sell those in the market or to a major holder? Also, when he buys back his 400000 that could cause quite a price hike. NAI DYOR Regrds $pong | spongman

19/1/2008 09:49 | Found the following on the company's own website: "Thursday 5 December 1996 - Cadcentre Group plc enjoyed a successful first day of trading on the London Stock Exchange. Opening at the placing price of 200p, the shares quickly rose to a peak of 246½p and closed at 240½p." So ipo price was 66.7p post 1-for-3 split. Based on last night's closing bid price of 903.5p, it works out that share price appreciation has been 26.4% p.a. Adding dividend, the total return is close to 27% p.a. since 5 December 1996 for a holder (acquiring shares at IPO price). | quickmind
