Avanti Communications listed on Aim in April 07. Chart is probably picking up a company that previously used an AVN EPIC & filling in the gap with straight lines.

Arai - if you read my post properly you would see that I was quoting from the arianespace web site not wiki.

Oh you lot are moody on the other thread. I do hold a few via SB and as you will see have it selected as my top stock riser 2010 on that thread so "un-ban" me, I am only pointing out wiki is not worth investing because of info on there.

You could always start a Hylas 1 wiki page (It has not got one yet) and post on it the date you want it to be launched (e.g. Next Week) and everyone could believe that.

Hi guys - just found this latest update on the Ariane web site

"Arianespace is planning a total of six Ariane 5 flights during 2010, with three of these already performed and a fourth mission in advanced preparation for liftoff in September."

As they have completed 3 launches and posted details of the 4th in September (which does not include Hylas 1) and the November launch also does not include Hylas 1 -

then it looks like we are definitely going in October!!!

Hi Pip - yes - we just need that announcement of a firm launch date and the share price should then move into new highs prior to the actual launch.

I'm hoping we have an Ariane 5 launch near to end of October as mentioned on wikipedia - see previous posts above a few days ago.

They could have all 3 up and running by the end of 2012, and if they domicile Hylas 3 offshore ( highly likely ) the tax benefits alone from 2 and 3 would add up to big bucks. Id be happy with a conservative end of 2012 share price of 15 to 20 pounds.
They,v also said that they intend to go for a main market listing, which is a very positive move.

Colva - and if Hylas 3 is to be built in parallel with Hylas 2 then the launch of Hylas 3 will no doubt be hot on the heels of Hylas 2.

Any predictions for the share price at that stage?? £30 to £50??

That website has the Hylas 2 launch sheduled for H1 2012. Nice to see it in black and white, though im sure its only penciled in at the moment.
