31/7/2018 10:26 | Is Hylas4 now in service? Date given in April statement as end of July. | packman8
27/7/2018 08:24 | I guess we will have to wait until Indonesia make payment.. | 999rp
26/7/2018 16:07 | Seems cheap at this price. | winchcombe
23/7/2018 13:20 | Tight spread 4.99 - 5.00 bizarre | briangal99
20/7/2018 13:08 | That's why I've only bought a few ☺ | horneblower
20/7/2018 11:45 | There's a strongish technical reason why 5p should prove to be a bottom. I've bought a few. | horneblower
02/7/2018 19:24 | Surely worthy of an rns??? | badger60
29/6/2018 11:18 | Has been all purchases over the last 2days, including 3 100000 buys. | packman8
25/6/2018 15:17 | finally some good News!! | 999rp
25/6/2018 08:21 | Excellent news! AVN is far from dead in the water and starting to unlock the commercial potential of Hylas4. Another couple of meaningful contracts should see the share price X2, x3 from here, imo. | badger60
20/6/2018 09:06 | Agreed. Imo the NAV and enterprise value here is way in excess of 5pps. Buyout interest has pushed ISAT 60%+ higher than it was 3 weeks ago to a mkt cap of £2.5bn, despite having 2bn in debt and until recently still borrowing to pay dividends. An operational Hylas4 will be commercially transformational for AVN..........which is why the bond holders thought that the £400mio d/e swap at 11.2pps was a far more attractive option than a fire sale asset liquidation. | badger60
20/6/2018 00:36 | It begins here, what we have been waiting for: NuRAN Wireless and Avanti Communications Sign Partnership Agreement hxxps://globenewswir | 1redtrader
09/6/2018 12:36 | Perhaps, but the debt (of both companies) is a bit of a millstone? | zcaprd7
09/6/2018 07:59 | The bid for ISAT, ableit derisory, underlines the interest in satellite companies. Avanti may well start looking more attractive to potential suitors, especially once Hylas4 is on stream..... | badger60
07/6/2018 12:29 | $30m of which 12m was paid - this is the balance probably with interest and / or costs added (all as per 2017 annual report) | briangal99
07/6/2018 10:23 | Keeps the lights on for a few months I guess ... Bit concerning that this is considered "revenue" - very one-off type of contract, that eventually came good? | zcaprd7
07/6/2018 10:15 | So how much was the original claim? | cool hand kev
07/6/2018 08:12 | Oh well...$20mio is a good start... | badger60
06/6/2018 14:50 | Well, based on what they had lined up for the rest of the hylas "fleet" I can hazard a guess... | zcaprd7
03/6/2018 07:27 | Time will tell.... won't it....How do you know what they have or haven't got lined up when Hylas4 goes live? Contracts, debt reschedule, buy-out....who knows what's in the pipeline subject to Hylas4 being operational......... | badger60
31/5/2018 14:01 | Not a slam-dunk by any stretch of the imagination but.........imo, you don't convert £400mio debt to equity thereby losing the priority over the liquidation of assets in the event of bankruptcy unless there are financially justifiable reason(s) to take that risk. | badger60 |
